中午叫咗個set lunch「嫩雞煨麵」加「小籠包」等咗15-20分鐘小籠包裡面啲豬肉全部鮮紅色,未熟!如果無留意就咁吞落肚,分分鐘腸胃炎入廠!另外個嫩雞煨麵雞肉柴,個湯底仲要送贈多隻bb小強🪳令人難以忽視,想扮睇唔到都唔得。成個lunch基本上係唔食得,要掉落垃圾桶。可想而知,佢個廚房有幾污糟。打電話反映比店員知,佢仲話補比我,個湯有小強,再補都係會有小強,不敢恭維,免費請我食都唔會再要,便宜莫貪。無下次!唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

同老公、阿仔放工一齊喺北角,喺橫街見到呢間小店,原來北角有間川湘菜小店,湖南大廚主理,雖然甚少食湖南菜,所以單點幾樣野試下,見到餐牌都有川菜同上海嘢食,一於炒返幾個小菜試下。呢間餐廳設計特別,店舖外裝配幻景般既燈飾,優雅裝修,湖南傳統同現代風格結合得好有創意,座位舒適。一去到餐廳店員都好友善,感覺他們是家庭式生意,很熱鬧,店舖設有梳化,大細枱都有,可以容納很多人,適合一家大細或喜歡辣的朋友來食,如果唔食得辣可以小辣或走辣。 偉爵爺招牌炒飯$98一遞上枱已經見到碟炒飯炒得好靚,粒粒分明唔油膩,用料有蝦仁、帶子粒,魷魚,口感非常豐富,而且份量勁多,飯食落有口感又夠味,醬汁不會好咸,味道剛好,而且非常香,果然是招牌炒飯!上海粗炒套餐$68又係好食,有豬腩片、蝦、魷魚鬚、小元貝等等。個炒麵口感煙韌,椰菜炒至軟身,豬肉絲軟腍,同埋個汁醬都調得好食,整體香味俱全,食左好多碗,好飽。上海小籠包$35雖然吃晚餐,但都可以叫點心,我們選了小籠包,即叫即蒸熱辣辣,裏面的肉餡還是很juicy的,真係皮薄餡靚,一咬即爆汁,肉味濃郁,不過肉質比較瘦。另外套餐有一個主菜外,還有前菜、蔬菜、飲品。前菜係青瓜,蔬菜係生菜。 continue reading

嗯,今日就嚟咗呢間食湘菜嘅餐廳會講嘢㗎!試咗佢哋個招牌牙簽牛肉,啲牛肉章到入雲,咬落去又嫩又juicy,孜然味又夠哂kick!乾鍋花菜捧場無得輸,搶味夠晒爽口,微辣涼快令人停唔到口!跟住又嚟個鐵板魷魚鬚,鐵板上嘅魷魚鬚係真正鮮香,口感弾牙超過癮!而家瀏陽蒸缽仔飯,喺屋企附近呢啲簡單嘅食物都要整到有啲水準,佢哋啲飯真係香到出奇,食落有層次,值得一讚!總之啦,呢間餐廳真係有料到爆炸,湘菜粵菜通通有得鬥,我邊食邊嘆為觀止。下次仲想帶埋其他友人嚟試試,有啲小菜坐低傾偈食,正!👌🍚🌶️ continue reading

係附近油街實現睇完展覽,直行一陣就到呢間私房菜。好少食湖南菜,所以主要點叫左啲湘菜試下。見到餐牌都有川菜同上海嘢食。Rarely have Hunan cuisine so we came here for a midweek dinner after visiting the exhibitions at Oil Street, just a few minutes walk straight and you’ll see the place around the crossing. 店員老闆都友善,不過當晚有旅行團包場有啲嘈,不過老闆都好快手特登拆開細枱執俾我地坐,欣賞。同埋電視位都睇得清楚夠大,星期三賽馬可以慢慢睇。烏蘇啤好似係新疆岀名嘅,前排成日見到賣廣告,今日終於試到!淡麗嘅口味,易入口,清清地,唔會苦,配濃味食物好夾。Here’s to the famous Wusu beer! Light and refreshing, paired very well with the heavy and spicy dishes. 農家一碗香:係炒蛋為主+肉+菜!經典湘菜。非常好食!本身鐘意食蛋,加埋花椒,辣油,豬腩片,青紅辣椒仔,香菜,炒埋一碟,好惹味。“A bowl of incense” is egg stir fried with pork bellies and assorted chillies and veggies, very appetising. 牙籤牛肉,重口味之選,係好濃嘅孜然粉同椒鹽味,牛肉醃得好入味,細細塊串係牙籤上面炸乾,送啤酒岩晒。同行食唔停口,估計佢應該幾鐘意呢味。Cumin beef on skewers: heavy taste and deep fried. A good snack to go with your booze. 蕎麥窩窩頭:好食呀呢個!係個特色蒸饅頭,凹左嘅,放啲炒肉碎榨菜粒入去一齊食。唔辣嘅,幾正。Steamed Hunan buns with minced pork and pickles. This one is not spicy and very tasty. The buns are made of buckwheat, soft yet chewy, and are shaped like a little bowl to carry the minced pork. 招牌炒麵:又係好食!仲要有豬腩片同好多海鮮,有蝦,魷魚鬚,小元貝等等。個炒麵質地幾好,同埋個汁醬都調得好食。食左好多碗,好飽。Signature stir fried noodles with pork belly and assorted seafood. Very fulfilling and yummy: found a lot of shrimps, squid tentacles and mini scallops. 梳化仲要鑽石,幾靚。有收茶位,係壼熱嘅苦蕎茶,好正宗! continue reading
