小弟是日放假,故到日上三竿至起身。起身時都已經十一點幾鐘,唔通仲食早餐咩?猛然醒起,屋企樓下間來發午餐都幾抵食喎,卅皮有飯有湯有飲,即時有股衝動,拿拿臨落街買咖喱牛腩飯午餐食。 十二點鐘入到去已經滿座,地盤工友同埋主婦們,早已佔據卡位,故都係買返屋企食好。佢午餐,有十幾款,除咖喱牛腩飯外,仲有炒粉麵,或者豬扒飯、咕嚕肉飯,以供唔同人士需求。我鍾意食佢咖喱牛腩飯,因為牛腩唔肥,咖喱汁多,而且都好大盒,有時仲要同老媽子一齊分享添。 驚喜唔係盒飯,而係佢老火靚湯,今日靚湯係粉葛扁豆煲豬,我最鍾意飲呢種湯,因為自己都經常骨痛,粉葛湯常飲去骨火,而且煲要好花工夫。佢之粉葛湯,並唔係粗製濫造、添加味精之劣品,而係真材實料,湯渣仲有舊靚豬添,煲得十分夠火。佢都有所謂之紅白西湯,即羅宋湯或忌廉湯,但覺得西湯唔係咁好飲,尤其是忌廉湯,假得好似豆粉水咁。 毋怪乎,見親個個地盤工友食午餐時,都叫老火中湯啦。証明唔係淨係小弟Buy呢隻例湯!…Read More
