亞坤是遊客到新加坡其中一間必食的名店。是日途經尖沙咀又不用排隊,一於試一試。點了set b 包括珈椰花生醬吐司、新加坡糖心蛋兩隻、奶茶;另外散叫咖哩喇沙蝦麵同再多一杯奶茶。總共$109吐司的珈椰味不濃,被花生醬蓋過了味道。糖心蛋就是沒特別。奶茶夠滑,正!咖哩喇沙蝦麵是亮點 - 好好味!湯底夠濃,麵沒有很淋。而蝦同魚片,沒有甚麼特別,反正不差。吃過後才看食評,驚訝這麼多人給負評,不知是否之前購團而令質素下降。這次去是4點多的星期日下午,人流不算多,廚師才有時間去好好發揮吧?Read More

I remember the time when I was living in Singapore. I used to have this every week, this is the only thing I could rely on. The coffee is the type that I like because of its richness and strong flavour. I am a egg lover so I basically love any kind of egg but half cooked runny egg would be one of my favourites, enjoying it with Singaporean thick soya sauce made this my favourite thing to eat in SingaporePeanut Butter Kaya Toast, I love both peanut butter and kaya so it is just a perfect combination for me to enjoy. If you don't like peanut butter that much, you may skip it and just have the kaya with butter toast which is also really great too! When you want something more filling or hot food, we commend you to try their laksa because it is quite rich in flavour and the soup base is not bad. 早前買了團購優惠,雖然見Openrice有94個哭臉,但還是給它一個機會最想試的咖椰球竟然賣完了... 分別試了 咖椰牛油及 咖椰花生醬吐司 (各$18) 個人覺得牛油的比較好吃, 雖然看起來很乾, 但沒有我之前在銅鑼灣吃過的那麼硬, 中間部分有點鬆化的感覺, 不錯另一款想試的是蒸麵包, 也是試了咖椰牛油及咖椰花生醬兩款口味 (各$18) 全部吃食都是熱熱的上,所以覺得都挺不錯的, 蒸麵包軟熟, 那些咖椰醬都不錯的新加坡叻沙 ($42) 麵身生硬,但勝在湯底夠濃,味道夠勁,冒著煙的上來,又熱又辣 (也不是很辣),娘一直讚這個湯底本來吃了馬來鹵麵,等了超過十分鐘才告訴我們沒有了,一個男服務生態度不太好,只讓我選同價錢的 (只有雞肉通心粉一樣是$38),我當然不想叫通心粉啦~ 我問他加錢要其他可以嗎? 他說因為我是用券的,所以未必得... 我又說,那你先替我問問可以嗎?  然後他回來說:換叻沙給你 (這時,另一服務生送來了我本來叫的叻沙) 我回:我已經叫了叻沙了,不然要咖哩雞麵吧! 他有點不耐煩的再替我問,經理這時說:照換給她! (我免去了加錢的憂慮了)咖哩雞麵原價$42,麵身一樣是黃麵,煮的不夠"林",還是這種黃麵煮不到那種"林"的程度? 黃麵就好像我們的"油麵",我覺得口感生了些,咖哩湯底還是挺不錯的,雞是2隻雞全翼是胡椒味的辣味。海鮮河粉 ($42),我見有食評說那些汁"杰",幸好打定輸數,所以來到的汁不是很"杰"時,我滿心慶幸。但我覺得河粉太碎了,海鮮粉有魚柳、蝦 (銅鑼灣食過是"梅"蝦,但這次吃很"實肉"喔!)還有魷魚,配料挺足~ 味道我覺得都差不多,不算太差的我弟另外以正價買了大的凍鹹焦糖咖啡($38),他說沒有鹹,挺普通的,我覺得這不如在星x克買一杯好了...由於我之前曾去過銅鑼灣的店吃過,相比起來,這邊的吃食都很熱,食物沒有雪藏味,這已經是很驚喜了!Read More

Flavour wise, it satisfied our craving for the foods of Singapore. Service wise, this is definitely not Singapore. Nor Hong Kong! Maybe something like a hole in the wall joint in the boonies of Alabama (no offense, I love Mobile, AL, but there were less desirable parts). How hard is it to make toast? Within 10 minutes for breakfast? This came after Yuan drink, mee rebus, and soft boiled eggs. I could have heated up two slices of bread and slap some peanut butter with kaya jam myself! The staff seemed confused, the customers were running late for work, and many of us kept our eyes at the service counter hoping our food had arrived. 早幾年到過星加坡吃過咖央多士,它特製的淺褐色麵包,烤過後的麵又香又脆。塗上香氣四溢的咖央椰醬後,令人一試便愛上。沒想到幾年後亞坤也在香港開了分店,上年許多人慕亞坤名而來,弄得漆咸道南水洩不通。向來我討厭排隊,所以也沒有湊這個熱鬧。一年後熱潮過去,而亞坤的口碑亦一般,人流總算散了。午市時段麵及飯竟然沒設套餐,惟一的套餐是TOAST COMBO。 一口吃下亞坤「咖椰牛油吐司」,吐司竟然不是熱的,連少許微溫也沒有,那牛油又怎樣溶化呢? 但多士做得薄身,吃起也算鬆脆,不過可惜是冷的......而咖央椰醬份量也太少,只吃到淡淡的椰香味。要吃咖央多,還是要到星加坡。Read More

I came here on a Sunday morning with my husband, we had previously tried Killiney in Tsim Sha Tsui east and wanted to try this place as we always saw queues when we drove past. It was around 11am, we wanted to try the kaya toast and signature sandwiches. However when ordering at the cashier, we were told that for curry chicken sandwich we needed to wait for 30 mins or more and for sardine sandwich we needed to wait for more than an hour. Put off by the waiting time, we decided to try the hot food instead, but were also informed that the only hot food available were the Laksa and Macaroni. Without much of a choice, we decided to order the Kaya toast and Laksa to try. The Laksa came almost instantly. It was bland, and not very hot - didn't seem like there was any effort put into it. There were 4 pieces of fish cakes, 2 prawns, an egg and two pieces of dried tofu. When I bit into the tofu, I immediately spit it out because it tasted rotten - obviously the tofu pieces had been sitting around for a long time and had gone bad. When returned to the kitchen, they offered to replace the Laksa, but by then I was really put off by the taste to even finish half of it. The Toasts took 20 minutes to arrive, there were burnt edges all over and the toasts were not crisp and were cold. As a Singaporean I feel disappointed to have such a popular franchise in Singapore have such poor standards here. I hope someday they will bother to make sense of the negative comments and improve on the quality of their food to avoid disappointing customers who have not tried the famous Singaporean dishes before.Read More

大胃王又掉下我們仨,我們當然不能屈在家裡,一定要外出尋找美味的,不能讓他專美呀!!在尖沙咀難得見亞坤沒有人龍,所以就去試試啦~~ 下午四時許,稍稍等了兩張枱就可以入坐,我們也算幸運呀!!想當日,在新加坡旅遊第一次慕名到亞坤,食過它的咖椰多,真的為之驚喜,好味之餘價錢亦不貴,每天食也不會厭~ 所以一知道亞坤來港開分店的消息,真的很高興呢~~ 今天,終於有機會一嚐新加坡的滋味啦~因為一家之煮太喜歡食湯粉麵,所以點了一份咖哩叻沙蝦麵 ($42)~ 顏色很對板,湯頭入口濃稠而帶有濃濃的椰香,麵的掛湯力十足,麵質也不錯,不過蝦子不是新鮮的貸色,雖然爽身,但一點蝦味也沒有,偏偏雪味甚濃~ 魚片也不是什麼好貨色,彈牙但無味....還好,有吸湯的豆卜跟爽脆的芽菜,總算拉回一點點分數~咖椰蒸包 ($18) 很特別,所以也點了一份~ 一籠蒸包有四件,厚身鬆軟的白方包中,夾了一層厚厚的甜美咖椰醬,熱力把咖椰醬變成半溶化,滋味十足~ 咖椰多士套餐配水煮蛋 ($39),咖椰多士香脆,咖椰醬香濃美味,不過多士的熱度欠奉,中間的牛油跟咖椰半點也溶化不了,令它的吸引力大減.... 水煮蛋加點黑醬油及胡椒粉混和在一起,用多士蘸著吃,本應是很美好的,可是,沒有蛋味的雞蛋,又怎會好吃??另外,點了熱咖啡 ($22)及熱奶茶 ($22)~ 在新加坡飲到的熱咖啡奶茶,因為用上了煉奶,雖然是比較甜,但層次感豐富,煉奶的順滑甜蜜跟咖啡/茶配合得很好~但這兒的奶茶咖啡,除了甜,就是甜,沒有層次感可言,實在失望呀!香港的亞坤跟新加坡比,真的差得遠了!! 不只是風味,連食物的味道都差很多~ 新加坡的多士是鬆化而帶有炭香,但香港的多士只是脆而已~~ 更不用說奶茶跟咖啡,完全是兩碼子的事.... 所以說呀,過江龍也不一定是好....Read More

機械人回應有鬼用! 想做得好唔係坐o係度等意見,要主動搵,196個食評得16個讚其中有幾多個打手!? 開餐廳唔搞好出品、舖面管理,以為買個名就有客天跌落來!? 香港班猪一般o既投資者真係搬石頭砸自己的腳!
