To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺觀塘打完拳🥊去咗@wuyuexing _beefnoodles 食晚飯,呢間台灣菜都幾多好評,而且係#良心店💛。同埋2老一行4人試咗幾款招牌菜,雖然未算非常有驚喜,不過刈包真係幾出色,喺附近做嘢可以一試。.📍招牌紅燒牛肉麵($73)📍紅燒爆汁牛丸十牛肉麵($78)食台灣菜冇理由唔食牛肉麵😚🤘🏻牛𦟌軟腍入味🐂,仲有酸菜同2 件清甜蘿蔔麵條粗身滑溜🍜份量都唔少,湯底濃郁帶辣味🌶️+$5有多2粒爆汁牛丸,整體唔錯但未算好驚喜.📍大腸包小腸 ($38)第一次食呢款台灣小食,大腸即係糯米腸中間夾住台灣香腸口感軟糯,配上酸菜同青瓜,食落都幾有趣🤘🏻📍芝士鹽酥雞 ($58)鹽酥雞炸得香脆,肉質嫩滑,幾好食加上軟綿綿嘅芝士醬更加惹味🧀.📍火腿雙重起司蛋餅 ($40)蛋餅口感酥脆,中間加咗火腿、芝士同煎蛋🍳中間嘅芝士量唔少🧀,味道鹹香唔錯!📍刈包($36)軟熟嘅包身中間夾住東坡肉,賣相好邪惡😍五花肉軟滑唔會太過油膩🐖,加上甜甜地嘅花生粉、青瓜同酸菜,味道同口感都好豐富❤️🔥必食!.📍糖醋豬軟骨($55)豬軟骨口感軟腍帶點Q彈🐷,配上糖醋汁食落酸酸甜甜非常開胃.📍黑糖珍珠撞奶($28) 📍百香果益力多 ($26)📍紅棗桂圓茶($22)飲品味道正常,最有特色嘅應該係黑糖珍珠撞奶,飲落奶感重🤍,珍珠Q彈

①招牌紅燒牛肉麵 $𝟟𝟝 (8/10)湯底有淡淡嘅藥材味,牛肉煮到非常軟腍入味,配埋清甜冇渣嘅蘿蔔,可以一試😆②台灣腸拼花枝丸拌麵 (椒麻) $𝟞𝟝 (7.5/10)經典台式風味嘅配搭🤤台灣腸好重蜜糖味 超啱我口味!魯肉肥同瘦嘅都有,口感十足~ 唔食得辣嘅朋友就唔好嗌呢個味喇,叫返古早味好啲🫣譚仔食到三小嘅我 一路食都忍唔住要狂飲野😂btw如果腸同花枝丸嘅份量可以多啲就好喇…🤣③柯仔煎 $𝟜𝟠 (6/10)正常發揮冇話特別好食,可以留肚食其他~整體都算足料,底層用厚厚嘅蛋皮包住,略嫌邊位唔夠脆身🥤百香果綠茶 $𝟚𝟜 (7/10)入面冇百香果籽,不過飲落都唔會有藥水味,唔錯!
