2025年7月3日 星期四今晚專登去到啟德既airside食飯,仲已經一早揀左呢間餐廳,因為見到網上面話性價比十分高,特別係片皮鴨好抵食,所以就吸引左我呢個片皮鴨愛好者餐牌有好多食物可以選擇,種類繁多,價錢又真係好貼地,半隻片皮鴨連一份大約20塊既摩摩皮都只係$168,所以我哋叫左呢樣再加少少野食應該就夠晒一點完餐等左一陣飲品就黎到,係檸檬益力多,飲落去酸酸甜甜,檸檬味清新,乳酸味唔太重,似係益力多加咗檸檬汁咁,飲完即刻解晒膩,好適合配上重口味菜式之後有黃金芥蘭,鹹蛋黃炒到似金沙咁黏住芥蘭,每啖都食到鹹香同菜嘅清甜芥蘭爽脆冇渣,鹹蛋黃唔會太鹹,反而有種奶油感,令到整道菜口感好豐富跟住到我最期待既菜式出場,北京填鴨配摩摩皮,呢道菜上枱時已經聞到陣陣香氣,鴨皮金黃酥脆,咬落去「卜」一聲,油脂唔多但香氣十足,鴨肉細嫩而且冇腥味,啖啖都係濃郁鴨香摩摩皮方面,薄身煙韌,唔會太乾或太厚,包住鴨肉、青瓜、大蔥同甜麵醬,一啖咬落去層次分明,甜、鹹、香、脆、嫩一次過爆發,真係好有滿足感!!之後有呢碗秘製牛奔麵,一上枱就見到深色濃郁嘅湯底,滲出陣陣香料味,令人未食已經期待爆棚湯底應該用咗多種香料慢火熬製,入口香辣中帶微微甘甜,唔會太油膩,反而好順喉牛肉方面,真係「奔」得有誠意——有牛腩、牛筋、牛肚三種部位,牛腩炆得夠腍但唔散,牛筋煙韌有咬口,牛肚爽口冇腥味,每啖都食到唔同口感,好有層次感麵條係偏粗身,掛湯力強,唔會食到尾變淋,仲有啲爽口感添最後有呢碟白菜豬肉餃,睇落簡單,但味道絕對唔馬虎,餃子皮係偏薄身但唔易爛,入口煙韌,包住嘅餡料係鮮甜白菜同嫩滑豬肉,比例剛剛好,唔會太油亦唔會太乾咬落去有種自然嘅肉汁滲出,白菜帶出清新感,令到整體味道更加平衡食左咁多野人均消費都不過係二百蚊唔洗,真係好抵食!!Read More

📍五匠六釜上次去Airside食嘢,順便行咗呢個商場,發現呢一間中菜好多人排隊,高朋滿座,睇網上評價亦都不錯,就同屋企人嚟食。第一次食,小編叫咗啲簡單嘅菜式👉四川擔擔麵呢個擔擔麵好足料,一上枱就見到滿滿的花生碎和肉碎鋪喺麵上,撈勻之後每食一啖麵都食到花生碎和肉碎👍擔擔面醬汁食得出有好濃的麻醬和花生醬,仲有啲辣,會越食越辣。每食一啖麵都掛住濃濃的醬汁,會有啲飽肚,所以一開始食仲擔心會食唔晒,但不經不覺一啖又一啖咁就食晒。糖醋里脊呢度好特別嘅係用咗豬里脊,比出面坊間嘅排骨或者梅肉,呢個部位更加瘦,啱晒鍾意食瘦肉嘅小編,呢間火候控制得不錯,就算炸完之後肉質依然嫩滑,加埋糖醋汁,啱晒餸飯。紅油抄手小編好喜歡食紅油抄手,呢度嘅紅油抄手好大粒,雲吞皮薄薄咁包豬肉粒,小編略嫌紅油唔夠辣,調味可以再重手啲。黃金芥蘭食飯點都要叫一碟菜食補充下纖維,小編就揀咗黃金芥蘭,鹹蛋黃包住爽脆嘅芥蘭,濃味得來帶點蔬菜嘅清新,但小編就覺得鹹蛋黃可以再鹹啲同多啲。檸檬益力多食咗咁多重口味嘅嘢,梗係要叫返杯飲品,佢哋就有特飲,例如鴨屎香檸檬茶,但小編今次就嗌咗杯檸檬益力多,不太甜,但飲落唔似益力多,反而似普通乳酸,但勝在酸酸甜甜可以解膩。Read More

必試嘅瑤柱蛋白海爐魚,真係驚喜滿滿!魚頭炸到金黃色,脆卜卜少少焦香味,單食已經好惹味。魚肉拆晒骨,再同瑤柱、蛋白一齊炒,成碟睇落好清淡,但入口先知功夫位。魚片嫩滑無比,配上炒得細緻嘅蛋白,滑溜得嚟又有層次,加埋瑤柱嘅鮮味,整體非常清爽又高級。食落完全冇腥味,海鮮嘅甘甜,成道菜好啱怕油膩或者鍾意清淡口味嘅朋友。最正係魚肉份量唔少,幾個人share都夠食,連埋魚頭一齊上枱,感覺得體餐廳出菜時仲灑咗少少蔥花做點綴,顏值同味道一樣出色。價錢唔算平,但以物價加埋師傅嘅手工,完全值得,啱晒鐘意食魚既朋友仔。Read More
