叫左外賣自取平台，去到攞嗰時，同左收銀啊姐講訂單號碼，個啊姐睇完啲外賣，再問我一次號碼，我回覆相同號碼，個啊姐今次冇去睇。個啊姐要求睇我電話張單，比完佢睇之後，佢將枱上唯一一袋嘅外賣俾我。我同佢講左聲唔該，佢就對我白眼⋯廚房樓面做得幾好都冇用，一粒老鼠便便攪壞一鍋粥⋯對客人係咁冇耐性嘅，大可以唔做，但唔該唔好一大清早就對客人黑口黑面，影響人哋一日嘅心情。希望管理層可以見到呢個comment。前線員工一個舉動，足以影響客人對整間公司嘅觀感。 continue reading
