入到去呢間舖得一枱客係兩個人嘅,都有啲心寒㗎啦,點知完全冇店員主動招待,叫佢過嚟仲要黑口黑面‼️牛小排同埋羊肉串硬過擦子膠,絕對係鍛鍊咀嚼肌嘅好幫手‼️嗰條秘製燒魚,嘩!經典啊,魚肉未離骨,裏面係生㗎‼️我同個侍應講條魚未熟嘅,然後嗰個左手帶住白色面A P手錶嘅人員,答咗我一聲:「哦」,然後攞走咗碟嘢,冇任何交代點樣處理。。。3分鐘後我叫埋單,佢居然攞咗張冇扣除呢碟魚嘅賬單過嚟叫我俾錢,我叫朋友check吓賬單,然後佢先至問我係咪唔要條魚,然後佢先至出過張新單俾我,咁樣嘅服務態度,咁樣嘅食物質素,真係唔知佢哋用咩心態去經營,作為客戶真係俾佢激死啊‼️‼️絕對係貼錢買難受‼️登龍街之恥‼️香港飲食業嘅害群之馬‼️仲有佢冇俾返張收據我,而將Credit卡嘅receipt上面嘅商戶名稱居然係紅磡嘅一間唔知咩舖頭,非常古怪‼️如果食物中毒真係唔知點樣追究啦⁉️⁉️

銅鑼灣新開了一間串燒店,之前到過其他分店吃串燒,甚有保證,今天途經銅鑼灣,當然要一試了!這間新裝修的串燒店比其他分店的更有型格。地方不算大,但是座位也算寬敞,坐得舒適。食物選擇多,還可自選辣度,價格親民,由十多元至過百元都有。法式焦糖鵝肝多士鵝肝入口即溶,口感嬌嫩。配合焦糖的甜香,好味!多士很酥脆,與鵝肝的柔滑形成絕妙對比。日本一口和牛粒肉質細膩,入口即化,燒得剛好,既保留了肉汁的鮮美,又不會過乾生澀。免治雞肉棒由雞肉與雞軟骨混合而成,增添了豐富的口感層次。軟嫩多汁的雞肉,搭配着脆韌有勁的雞軟骨,別具特色。五花腩五花腩肥而不膩,肉質香滑細緻。肉汁和油脂的醇厚風味令人回味。牛舌質地很柔軟,咬勁適中。雞腎很有嚼勁,調味剛剛好。司華力腸司華力腸保留了煙燻味道,香料突出了腸的鮮美。
