見呢間串燒店咁多好評,滿懷期待黎同朋友食,一齊叫左間2人餐再散叫,不過最後失望而回,未試過幫襯串燒店係會食剩野。首先,串燒一穫熟拎出黎,心諗燒得咁快既,食落有d唔夠熱,而且有種燒定翻熱既感覺,加埋一次過出哂真係好快成碟凍哂,成件事好唔新鮮。第二,d調味粉太重口味,真係食到一半冇胃口再食落去。唯一我地覺得好食既係有蜜糖味既鵝肝多士。第三,環境衛生建議改善,地下油淋淋,行去廁所好滑,仲見到倒瀉既汁/飲品未有清潔。第四,個麻辣煮花螺似烚咗啲花螺之後加汁,唔入味,仲有吉列炸蠔,雖然知道$28/3隻都不能太大期望,但啲炸粉實在太厚,口感好差。第五,職員成晚都皺眉黑面,樓面傳菜收錢一腳踢,可能工作壓力太大?俾人一種唔想做既感覺,不過同我地對答態度還好,至少冇令我地有hard feeling。總括黎講,唔會再幫襯第二次了。 continue reading

與朋友銅鑼灣逛街後,去了登龍街36-48號登輝大廈地下D2號舖「串燒王」晚餐。喜歡登龍街這裡親切感覺,也喜歡這裡吃各類串燒和燒物。今晚點了牛肉串,阿拉伯羊肉串,紐西蘭羊架,吉列廣島蠔,鰻魚炒烏冬和蒜蓉鮑魚。先來一碟鰻魚炒烏冬,可以一邊吃串燒,一邊伴烏冬,鰻魚也不少啊。鮑魚來了,新鮮肥美,超香蒜蓉味,外放上香料一齊烤,好味。牛肉串,阿拉伯羊肉串,都是新鮮肉質,所以吃起來很美味,肉質對串燒來說是最重要的。紐西蘭羊架,燒烤後賣相已經很吸引,睇見已經流口水,是尚佳肉質配合燒烤後美味的食物。我對吉列廣島蠔是情有獨鍾的,喜歡脆脆的外皮,包著內裡的蠔,一口吃下去最美味。一餐已點齊我喜歡的串燒和燒物,全部都很美味,很滿足。 continue reading
