聖誕行完銅記,帶小朋友玩完維園,行到天后食晚飯。兩公婆自己去食串燒多,但未帶過小朋友去點了些大路的串燒- 雞軟骨- 雞腎- 免治雞肉- 燒三文魚頭- 燒鯖魚- 燒粟米- 熱烏冬- 枝豆- (仲有幾樣唔記得咗)事前沒有特別大期望,也沒特別查OpenRice但看到最後一篇係負評,所以說實想寫一篇中和一下當晚發生嘅兩件小事:1. 因為寒冷,全家人都有羽絨,入到室內比較暖所以除低,我哋都未出口問,唔知係店員定店長經已話:「將啲衫同背囊放喺附近座位吧!等有人嚟再算」頓時覺得舒暢多了~2. 小女話來串燒店食,好似食自助餐,店員聽到話「你咁可愛,又讚我地,下次嚟幫你地打折。」雖然未必係真定講笑,但當晚店員同其他客人既對話,感覺到係做街坊生意居多。同一些街芳有講有笑。價錢公道,人情味濃,其實都值得一試。冇特別相機先食,只有張全家合照😬 continue reading

首先講下個「霹靂雞錘」一陣冰箱味 食完舊骨都係黑嘅一睇就知雪左好耐「豉油湯烏冬」係我高估左佢 真就係豉油+乾烏冬煮出黎屋企合埋眼煮都煮得好食過佢「嫩肉藕」肉係酸嘅 蓮藕就普通蓮藕無任何調味「義大利香草羊鞍」放題啲羊架size 仲大舊過佢 味道不過不失「雞軟骨餃子」煎到nong曬 味道都好一般「原隻茄子配櫻花蝦」💰36用左牛油同櫻花蝦 味道還可以「燒豬頸肉」最唔會衰嘅都衰左 豬頸肉真係好難會整得難食「燒白鱔串」全場最好味 你話係咪真係咁好味咧但同其他食材對比 燒鰻魚應真出色人均220 真係全程黑面食曬 continue reading

嚟到天后,見到有一間傳銷叫做串夠味,坐入去試吓,記得好耐之前去隔離有一間叫做串串貢,應該係兄弟店不過而家就得返一間。我記得佢哋最好食嘅就應該係花魚一夜干,算抵食,60幾蚊有燒海鮮,味道唔差,不過其他串燒只可以算係不過不失,冇乜嘢太大嘅特色,串燒有時都係貴夾唔飽嘅嘢食,呢度嘅好處就係可以$25叫一碗冷烏冬,叫做打個底食飽咗先。嘢食嘅種類都算叫做OK,燒雞翼雞用牛脷牛肉半嗰啲算係基本嘢,叫咗翠玉瓜,不過好似未燒熟,所以有少少生生地嘅感覺,鹽燒雞翼算係高水準之作,燒飯團都叫做可以,其他就真係不過不失冇乜特別,但係都唔係話失手。宵夜係OK嘅,不過冇乜大衝動翻食。間唔中一餐半餐冇問題。 continue reading

10點之後可以選擇的餐廳不多,在天后看到這間串燒店,見不少客人就進去食個宵夜。【韮菜苖】伏到不行,完全不似燒過,連韮菜的味道都沒有,用來調味的只有辣椒粉,已經剪到分開兩半,還是很難咀嚼,世界級中伏。【燒茄子配櫻花蝦】因為不吃櫻花蝦,所以走了,本身以為燒茄子沒有難度,又高估了,這是短身肥胖那種茄子,比較爽口,但烹調失當,茄子根本未熟,再是旦加些洋蔥汁,配搭奇怪,醬汁又不入味,浪費茄子。【燒雞肉】咁都可以失手,整串雞肉都是鞋口到不能嚼爛的雞胸肉,表皮是微焦的,但味道完全沒有燒烤香味!【雞肶菇】中規中矩,可以吃下。【雞肝】不要試!點了六款食物,有四款可以評為極之難吃,真的大失所望,串燒真是不難做得好吃,但要做到如斯難吃,都數一數二了。 continue reading
