舊式上海菜買少見少,所以如果見到有呢類嘅菜館都好鍾意幫襯。今次叫了小籠包、酸辣雲吞及薺菜肉絲炒年糕。小籠包係典型上海Style,皮會厚dd,不過都好食嘅。酸辣雲吞有驚喜,個酸辣湯湯底係舊式上海菜嘅味道,唔會好似衣家好多地方食到嗰D一味得個辣字,係咁落辣油嗰D,not my cup of tea。薺菜肉絲炒年糕都幾好食,薺菜出面主要都係上海舖先有得食,所以就叫薺菜。呢個炒年糕嘅油比想像中少,都幾好。整體黎講我覺得算唔錯。…Read More

想喺佐敦食上海菜,見到呢間店古色古香,又諗起觀塘果間一品香,於是就入黎試試。可能位於內街嘅關係,餐廳唔算太多人。我地無叫小菜,叫左四樣輕盈 d 嘅嘢食。1. 雞絲拉皮我最鍾意食雞絲粉皮。呢度嘅拉皮同出面嘅粉皮唔太一樣,煙煙靭靭,有咬口,麻醬份量岩岩好,配合青瓜同雞絲好好味!2. 擔擔麵初頭話要少辣,但點知其實都係唔辣。店家好細心預先剪斷左麵條,方面夾入口進食,好細心(朋友話係咪方便老人家😂)。麵質方面個人幾鍾意,而湯底就略嫌唔夠濃味,同好似落左啲醋,扣少少分。3. 炸銀絲卷賣相有少少燶邊,似乎炸嘅時候控制得唔太好。食落去外皮夠脆,口感比較似饅頭,少左 d 層次感。4. 小籠包最後一籠五個嘅小籠包加返分。雖然算唔上爆汁,但皮薄,肉餡嫩滑唔太過結實,加埋浙醋唔錯,價錢都抵。以一間鬧市中嘅上海菜館,價錢中規中矩,希望下次試下小菜再知實力。值得一提,姐姐好nice,叫佢轉電視台都冇嫌煩LOL…Read More

上次經過見菜式選擇唔多,所以就沒幫襯,今日想食上海菜,就走左入去試下呢間老店,點知失望而回。
餐牌上有好多選擇,有點意想不到。仲要有個貓店長,老婆大喜

本來想要鳳尾魚,砂鍋津白,小籠包,但一叫就話無鳳尾魚同埋薰魚:(,只好轉醉乳鴿,最後加多個豆沙鍋餅。先上小籠包,見佢個師傅係即包嘅
,有啲期望,但個皮唔係太得,雖然係新鮮蒸好,但好似蒸左好耐咁:(,還好夾起都無爛,味道一般無乜驚喜,反而之後見到嘅嘢就令O晒咀,原來貓店長個架步就喺包小籠包嘅玻璃房入面,師傅呢頭摸完只貓,嗰頭就去包小籠包

跟住上砂鍋津白,大窩,菜面有蝦仁火腿,火腿大塊仲幾厚身,蝦仁就真係經典,條蝦腸入面啲屎就好似啲綑邊手指甲咁
,算啦,到食落口原來都係玻璃蝦仁:(,得個爽字,乜蝦味都無。問題係成個津白都係好淡,無落鹽一樣,連上海舖最應咸嘅配料雞肉豬肉都係咁。

一品香菜館,當年紅極一時成行成市,記得中學時一個回鍋肉客飯套餐,簡直是我至愛 ,有時窮起上來一個小菜、一個例湯和兩碗小白飯,兩個同學一齊分享價錢廉宜。(學校附近那間已經結業) 但這間我最少都幫襯了近廿年,聽說開業至今近四十載,沙士時翻新裝修過,裝修比不上新一代上海菜館典雅華麗,亦沒有大品牌服務專業,但有一份不拘小節的親切態度,甚至乎整潔衛生,都須要像舊時食飯之前,用滾水浪下碗碟嘅習慣才感覺乾淨,但實惠嘅價錢,就好似係味道一樣回到年少時。吃的亦可能及不上新一代精緻考手、皮薄餡靚多汁、小油走味精,但傳統快要失傳嘅煮法,溫情嘅小店,大家是否都想,給一些連鎖店舖完全取代呢?????香港營商環境和加租幅度,這種老店買少見少,就好像媽媽手藝一樣,吃的不止「形式香味」,而是一種感覺,是種兒時的味道。…Read More
