自從某次在某京川滬小店,點了酸辣湯與友人共享,而又挑戰成功後,小的似乎又對此念念不忘似的,每逢惠顧提供京川滬菜的店子,也總會點上這款。這回在中午時份來到這裡,瑟縮在佐敦道與德成街交界的她,是一間舊式的小店,雖然很想吃客飯,但酸辣湯已在來之前已想吃了,於是點了酸辣湯餛飩。酸辣湯內主要材料有豆腐木耳蛋絲筍絲冬菇絲等等,有些會加上豬紅及豬肚的,帶點稠杰,應該是好像碗仔翅般,加上了粟粉/生粉/馬蹄粉調製而成吧?先說說餛飩,外皮薄薄的很滑溜,內餡是菜肉,感覺上是菜較肉為多,是在下喜歡的比例,一碗內有八顆,絕對夠飽肚。再談酸辣湯,雖然小的只能嚐BB辣程度,但這裡的辣度似乎更微,而酸味呢?在下是名符其實的呷醋王(笑),所以酸味對於小的來說,是蕩然無存,只好拿起檯子上的醋罈,起勁的往碗來倒下去了。Read More

偶爾入到呢間傳統上海舖,想食個簡單晚飯。價錢係佐敦算係平價,味道不過不失。擔擔麵,麵底係可以既,但湯底太淡,無花生,無肉碎,唔合格。回鍋肉菜飯,正常味道,咸同油膩麵唔係個人特別喜好既食物。不過連湯,連兩碗白飯,都係抵食既。紅油炒手,一上枱有啲嚇親。雲呑好細粒,皮係滑同薄既,但肉既份量太少。醬汁無辣味。小籠包還好,肉汁香,但皮略嚴厚左少少。一個人平均七十蚊,都可以既,但俾錢時發現,無咩服務,要俾茶芥同加一服務費,又實在有少少唔抵。Read More

一家同行成十人,唸緊佐敦有咩好食又可以圓枱(方便傾計架嘛)。記得之前係一品香同媽咪兩個人食晏,叫咗個酸辣窩粑,好好食,個窩粑係新鮮炸出來架,食嘅時候,淋個汁上面,仲有之之聲。但因為得兩個人食晏,所以叫唔到好多嘢食,呢間餐廳又俾我放入我個dining pocket, 下次一大班人再來過。😏(利申:雖然裝潢係舊式咗啲,但本人係好鐘意呢款舊式上海菜館,麻麻地連鎖式個種上海菜館,啲食物上到枱已經唔熱同比較細碟)講返今次晚飯,早咗2個鐘訂定枱,大班人book 定好啲,無位嘅話,小妹就會俾長輩們訓話😫7:00準時到達,舖頭已經坐滿九成人。好彩訂咗,抹一額汗😁 Safe~~~~一坐低,叫咗幾款頭盤(以下)同酸辣湯。小籠包 - ok, 夠熱,有足夠湯汁,一籠有十個(傳統店就是量足)五香牛𦟌 - 量足,味道不錯窩貼 - 1客4個,煎得好好,肉汁都足夠酸辣湯 - 足料,酸辣平均,不會搶喉另外,主菜毛菜元蹄 - 十分好,個皮扣到好淋,食落唔會覺得好油。仲有份量好足,要有起碼7個人先好order甜酸黃花魚 - 炸得唔會太乾,但魚略細條,但整體不錯什錦窩粑 - 最令我期待,但有少少失望,碗窩粑係就係好似上次咁熱辣辣,但個什錦汁就..... 只係得啲白菜仔,瘦肉,豬肚,跟住就係一碗䇜,仲要無味。最後我見我班大帝用甜酸魚個汁點來食醉雞(一隻)- 酒味濃,但可以更入味,雞都算嫩滑薺菜肉絲年糕 - ok, 味道夠,但份可以多加一點砂鍋豆腐 - 誤會咗係紅燒豆腐,原來係一個高湯加豆腐同小唐菜煮起好似都食咗好多嘢,滿足咗我為食嘅口,最後點咗兩個甜品,高力豆沙同豆沙窩餅,食得出用上優質豆沙,特別一提個高力豆沙個蛋白勁柔軟,美中不足是使用了粒狀的糖,如果可以改為糖霜就更好👍🏼總結,大家都喜愛呢間餐廳的食物,唯獨是老闆娘的脾氣有點怪😝(唔記得影相....Read More

七八十年代是上海菜的興盛年代,名字大多也是叫做三六九或一品香,記得由長沙灣至深水青山道一段便起碼有大大小小七八家上海菜館.吃的是上海粗炒酸辣湯銀絲卷生煎包等飽肚較為平民的食物,但飽肚食物賣不了幾個錢,生意難做下舊式小店已愈來愈少.現還以一品香作名字的店全港也只剩下幾家.打開餐牌選擇著實不多,問了炒飯可轉做上海粗炒後免傷腦筋倒不如來個套餐吧!上海粗炒----想不到這個套餐的份量也不少!醬油味道濃配料有齊椰菜絲肉絲冬菇絲,唯一美中不足是麵條略硬身.回鍋肉----在上海館子點叫客飯的話回鍋肉永遠是首選,切薄片的腩肉吃起來有彈性不乾柴,軟稔的椰菜吸了辣豆辦醬的油份用來拌飯吃是最佳組合.賽螃蟹----蛋白炒得頗滑身,較特別的是有幾粒甚少會吃到的蠶豆在內,混合陳醋來吃味道不錯.小籠包----$39一籠十隻即叫即包,皮不算特別的薄但收口位不會搓成死實的一團,內裡肉質鬆化湯汁份量適中,很有舊式小店的老味道.酸辣湯----酸比辣的味道重一點,足料之餘份量更加是驚人!每人喝了四碗還剩下小半鍋.近年上海菜已轉型走精緻或以貴價食材入饌.最常見的是在賽螃蟹內加入帶子又或在小籠包內加入黑松露. 舊有的味道仿似已留不住客人.Read More
