今天和同事去蘇屋村做事,終於可以收工,就到醫肚時間。由於果頭不熟,見到三郎,見門面不錯,一於入去睇吓試吓。三郎主打車仔麵和燒烤,呢種配搭都好少見。燒原條蒜蓉茄子,燒烤常點的一款菜,就是普通,才值得一試。放心,餐廳並沒有令我倆失望,蒜蓉足,茄子入味。牛油果豬肉卷,車厘茄卷食得多,牛油果都係第一次。在燒烤的過程中,豬肉的油香已不自覺的入侵了牛油果內,令我們更珍惜每一口的味道。車仔麵(貢丸、滷水雞中翼、滷水撈丁),三郎推介的滷水撈丁,我們又點可以錯過,再加上滷水雞翼。滷水最緊要香,撈丁最緊要彈牙,食客最緊要清盤。車仔麵(咖哩豬皮、清甜羅白、魚皮餃、黑木耳、粗麵配藥膳汁),除了滷水,藥膳湯底也很吸引我,總之,就是清盤好了!

不得不提嘅就係「秘製豬頸腩肉」,食落口相當肥美,而且爽口彈牙,廚師醃制得相當入味,「鹵水豬大腸」一啲都唔煙韌,幾好食。

在Facebook得知這間車仔麵店食物不錯,所以這天放工後就到來一試。在車仔麵店當然要先來一份車仔麵,我點了豬頸肉、魚皮餃和蝦春卷,麵底則點了鹵水撈丁。麵底瀝好水變乾身,不會過濕,充份為撈麵做好準備。豬頸肉香脆不太肥,肉質不錯;蝦春卷外層相當脆口,餡料亦豐富,啖啖滿足的感覺;魚皮餃外皮薄,配上肉餡厚肉之餘又美味。至於撈麵的醬汁有點像XO醬的味道,又香又濃味。麵內亦有小量蝦乾作調味,令到香味更豐富。餐廳除了供應車仔麵外,也有些美味的串燒,這兩串是雞腎和雞軟骨。雞腎爽口,雞軟骨帶點硬度亦易咬開,加上孜然粉更香口。司華力腸絕對重量級之選,厚實的肉質配以燒的香脆的外層再加上調味粉,令味道層次更多。燒韮菜絕對是我的最愛,這裡的燒韮菜香味十足,配上調味粉更覺惹味,只是有點燒得久,令菜汁減少了,最後點了一份扇貝去完整所有的燒物,扇貝搭配了蒜香,令扇貝肉的味道更突出,更可品嚐到陣陣蒜香味。口感帶點彈牙,過過口癮的必備品呢!凍檸茶調味不錯,不會過甜且茶味挺足夠,一杯好的凍檸茶為我這餐畫上完美的句號
