我同大豬女友, 即兩人, 易揾位多好多,好快有兩人摺枱, 坐下了.

看menu, 有"勁爆推介", 好喇, 叫d 試吓先; 叫了:蒜蝦陳村粉, 炸雞軟骨, 及個蟶子.

蒜蝦陳村粉好多人都食, 枱枱都有個籠, 見也好特別, 所以又叫左了.
上面幾隻中蝦係已開邊的, 加上大量的蒜, 蝦在蒸的時候d 蝦膏蝦汁已落晒d 粉,
再落少少油, 勁爆香!
d 粉用筷子撈一撈, 一人一碗好快清左了.
係食到落底略油...

炸雞骨, 比想像中油, 好熱好香口, 飲啤酒一流, 就咁食卻好滯, 送飯又唔係咁o岩...
最後食唔晒, 真係包走了去朋友度睇波食!

之前打過一篇食評係食三小姐今次再去食....真係好想delete之前果個好~!!今次星期一去食,人流唔多位都唔駛等食番上次好好味既炸花枝丸,再加煎倉魚,豆腐海皇羹同埋西蘭花鮮鱿炸花枝丸好多油食都個人好膩,我本人覺得佢煮好左好耐,不過無比到我地等都黎到凍曬又出曬油可能我地係尖咀間華苑食既煎倉魚太好食三小姐既倉魚令我地大失所望,最差就係....佢連條尾都唔係脆既....~!!碟西蘭花鮮鱿最令人氣憤....成碟西蘭花都係黃黃爛爛唉...比錢果下都嬲嬲地最重要既係.....我同亞b都食到腸胃炎又痾又嘔唔比個佢都對唔住自己

西檸煎軟雞:夠酸甜,醒胃,雞排炸得不錯!
蝦乾咸肉煮娃娃菜:很清,蝦乾配上咸肉,很不錯,配上娃娃菜,很清甜。
排骨陳村粉:陳村粉很滑,反而排骨略遜,蒜蓉味蓋過所有東西。
加上三個白飯及一罐可愛,輕輕鬆鬆,一路食一路笑足兩個鐘。很好的一餐晚飯。

總括來說: 下次可以再幫襯,D侍應阿姐都幾有禮貌,雖然唔係樣樣都好味,但食得舒服係最重要,今次因細佬食梗中藥唔食得海鮮,下次會叫海鮮試吓...

前一排,見到facebook有朋友登了一些到三小姐晚飯的美食食物相,之後便立即上openrice看看,原來也有很多食家也讚好,所以幾個星期前便約了一班朋友,專登由九龍搭車到大埔來大吃一番.以下便是我們今晚order了的小菜.1) 籠仔糯米蒸蟹-$68很多時,糯米總給我的感覺是很硬,但今次這一個糯米飯咬起來完全不硬而且很煙韌,加上這個很香的荷葉味使到整個飯也香嘖嘖,而且完全詁不到蟹是有羔的,食起來也特別開心.2)醬爆芝士丸-$68本人很喜歡吃芝士頪的東西,不知是否我要求高,總覺得今次的芝士丸少了一點芝士,感覺上不是太重芝士味而且也不太彈牙,不過這個食法也是我第一次品嚐到,感覺很新穎.3)沙拉骨-$42這個醬汁好好味. 而所謂的骨也只是豬扒,不過豬扒也不錯,加上這個特別的醬汁是一種新的食法,不是一些吉列豬扒,咖哩豬扒的食法.4) 脆皮炸大腸-$42和沙拉骨同一價錢,但反而這個比較輸了一點分數. 其實炸是炸得很脆的,只不過大腸的腸很少,給我感覺有點dry,可能我吃過一些街邊的炸大腸,腸是很肥沃,所以便有這種dry dry地的感覺.5)炸菜肥牛陳村粉-$48這一個,是我朋友的勁力推介,又真是好

以下便是我們今晚order了的小菜.
1) 籠仔糯米蒸蟹-$68
很多時,糯米總給我的感覺是很硬,但今次這一個糯米飯咬起來完全不硬而且很煙韌,加上這個很香的荷葉味使到整個飯也香嘖嘖,而且完全詁不到蟹是有羔的,食起來也特別開心.
2)醬爆芝士丸-$68
本人很喜歡吃芝士頪的東西,不知是否我要求高,總覺得今次的芝士丸少了一點芝士,感覺上不是太重芝士味而且也不太彈牙,不過這個食法也是我第一次品嚐到,感覺很新穎.
3)沙拉骨-$42

5)炸菜肥牛陳村粉-$48
這一個,是我朋友的勁力推介,又真是好好味喎. 陳村粉很爽口,加上肥牛,十分絕配,之後我們也order了蝦醬豬頸肉陳村粉,但都是肥牛比較合拍一點.
6)炸茄子
炸茄子是我身邊的朋友點的.本來聽到茄子,我也打算不會吃,因平時我是不吃茄子的,但今次這一碟在我面前出現,而且也是一小塊的,便夾來試試.原來好好味的,甜甜地,有點像炸鮮奶的感覺. 而這一點炸茄子已成為我今晚最好味的小菜第一名.
7) 椰皇燉奶
吃完那麼多小菜,係時候要吃吃甜品了.今晚我們每人也order了一個椰皇燉奶. 超正,很重燉奶味,又滑又香,就算吃完燉奶也可以抓抓椰皇的肉地來吃,如果我的肚還有空位,我會在添食多一碗的. 不知道,如果有機會晚上經過大埔街市,可否只order一個椰皇燉奶當甜品呢? 哈哈.
其實,今晚我們還order了小炒皇,金銀蛋莧菜,醉雞等. 由於我覺得小菜太平凡而且放相片的地方已沒有位置了,所以便寫了以上這幾個小菜.
今晚,最可惜便是見不到黃翊. 不過這間三小姐有這麼多好吃的小菜,相信很快我便會再來,希望下一次可以見到黃翊的風采.
