這是一家位於大埔舊墟的舊式上海店,味道不錯,所以間中都會專登去幫襯,因為衣家真係好少見呢一種舊式的上海小餐館。一坐低即刻叫咗個小籠包先,因為佢地即叫即蒸,所以如果想食就叫咗先,然後先至慢慢揀其他野食。另外叫咗個上海粗炒麵,都幾好食,唔太油,係舊式上海舖的味道,佢個汁、菜絲、肉絲再加埋個粗麵都真係無得頂呀。最後叫了一杯豆漿,唔會好甜,真係幾好。

今天試了一家家庭式上海菜,價錢超值,味道也不錯。小籠包一籠有5粒,入面嘅湯唔算多,皮算係薄嘅。什錦炒年糕的什錦包括有雞、雞腎、黃牙白、肉絲及火腿等,年糕好食,係覺得太多汁。酸辣湯好足料,入面有豬紅、肉絲、菇絲、筍絲等,是舊式上海店的味道,用嚟點銀絲卷食好正。菜肉雲吞是厚皮的北方雲吞,好食。排骨擔擔麵的麵很彈牙,個湯的花生很香,排骨(即炸豬扒)沒有油益味。甜味叫了豆沙鍋餅及擂沙湯丸,兩款都好食。另外想講嘅就係杯豆漿都好好味。

肥沈我住大埔十多年,竟然依家先來幫襯這間上海小店,一試之下,覺得美味可口,可以再來!但大前提是,肥沈我建議大家為了健康著想,請於落單同時要求廚師少油少鹽啊!因為肥沈一族第一次來吃午飯時,就是覺得『很有上海小菜風味』,即是重鹽多油啊!但第二次再來吃午飯時,因要求少油少鹽,結果不失其美味之外又更加吃得健康啊!肥沈我個人好喜歡吃上海小菜,尤其是小籠湯包、紅油抄手、炒鱔糊等等等等⋯⋯,再加一杯不太甜又不太凍的美味豆漿,就是一餐超正的午飯了!最後,希望疫症早日消除,香港回復原狀!
