I’ve now visited this restaurant twice, and it has not disappointed. Each dish was executed very well, substantial enough but not leaving you too full for the next course. The $480 lunch set offers excellent value for the quality and quantity of food. The staff are polite, and the décor is lovely. I wasn’t expecting much from the dessert, but the homemade caramel ice cream was spot on, with a wonderfully smooth texture—the best an ice cream can be. There are few restaurants I return to regularly, but this one certainly will be.Read More

如果有朋友到訪或者想慶祝大時大節,每次都會讓我想起三原。從將軍澳到銅鑼灣,質素依然不斷提升。坐在鐵板燒爐旁邊,看到日本廚師將每樣食材擺設得與藝術品一樣,都讓我能放下電話,好好觀賞大師的手藝。而且每樣食材旁邊的調味都十分匹配,都能做到色、香、味俱全,是一間能讓我每隔一段時間就想再重訪的餐廳。店員的服務也很專業,每種食材都會細心講解一遍。無論我光顧過不少日本的鐵板燒餐廳,甚至在日本當地的餐廳,相比之下,三原仍然是我的首選。Read More
