一直都有光顧開新蒲崗的七喜,喜歡它的小炒有鑊氣、菜式多樣化,又有海鮮,價錢亦貼地。早前經過發現灣仔分店搬遷,便決定去會一會它。環境光潔明亮,乾淨企理,座位寬闊,坐得舒適。餸菜都是即叫即炒,出菜位會傳來廚房爐頭「洪洪」響聲,未品嚐已感到非常有鑊氣。灣仔分店有別於其他分店,在眾多分店之中只有灣仔分店才有燉湯供應。而且菜式主張少油少鹽少糖,用料亦會較為高質,迎合該區食客需要。老闆特意推介胡椒鹹菜豬肚雞BB蜆湯底,蟲草花燉雞湯 ($20)白瓷湯盅內材料十足,絕不欺場。湯色清澈明亮,口感鮮美甘香,全無味精之感。京都骨 ($98)豬扒入口外層有點微脆,肉質軟腍,味道甜甜的,非常醒胃。菠蘿是用上泰國小菠蘿,而非罐頭菠蘿,味道新鮮香甜。南乳粉絲雜菜煲 ($88)因為不喜歡吃南乳所以請店員不要南乳,即將這樣粉絲仍然非常入味。黑木耳及雪耳質地軟糯,整體味道不錯。店員表示於新張期間內,只要讚好臉書便可享有88折。 continue reading

因清拆的關係七喜粥麵小廚新店搬到這處,位置上都相當方便:港鐵銅鑼灣站 C 出口, 步行約4分鐘便可到達。一準備入門口,就見到老闆既Q版公仔樣(廚師樣),可見老闆應該對餸菜都有一定的要求(主張少油少鹽少糖)。新店內放置著清明上河圖的圖畫在牆上,忽然找回一點文化的氣息。店內環境乾淨企理,座位與座位有一定距離,坐得坐舒適一點。每日都會有一些是日精選可供選擇:清蒸沙巴、茄子炆紅鮪、涼瓜炆西鰽、鼓油皇煎蝦、鼓汁蒸鱔等等...(好多茶餐廳都會有蒸魚,但好似七喜這樣多款海鮮魚就絕無僅有)而且灣仔分店有別於其他(七喜)分店,會有燉湯(蟲草花燉雞)供應。蟲草花燉雞 - $20燉盅內材料十足,而且味道清甜,更顯鮮味。京都骨  - $98京都骨肉質軟腍,味道酸酸甜甜,非常醒胃。店內更設有火煱,而且使用電磁爐,就算作火煱時,餐廳溫度都不會太熱。火煱湯底都有點特色:胡椒鹹菜豬肚雞BB蜆湯、麻辣雞煲、粥底、蕃茄莞茜薯仔湯等...再自由選擇配料,而配料選擇都不少,真係口水都流出來,下回一定要試試。 continue reading
