呢間車仔麵地鋪,平民價錢,水準都算唔錯。$32有3餸麵。我叫咗蘿蔔、麻辣木耳、豬頸肉、清湯烏冬。🌶🌶因為麻辣木耳嘅關係,所以我個湯都有啲麻嘅蒜油味,差啲好似譚仔咁嘅味(無譚仔咁濃味,似港式蒜香多啲)😄😄。蘿蔔系車仔麵嘅考牌之作,因為煮得好嘅蘿蔔,系保留到自己嘅清甜多汁,而又淋又入味,掌握哂湯同餸嘅精華。呢度嘅蘿蔔唔算太淋,但又未至於硬。但系都算入味,有上湯嘅味同辣味,亦都多汁,算系唔錯😋😋。麻辣木耳系超入味,浸完湯外賣翻屋企都依然好夠味。鹹味辣味都好到位,值得一試。質地界乎爽同淋之間,有大塊有細塊😁😁。豬頸肉系泰式嗰種,我都幾鍾意同幾香,唔難咬,不過佢個形狀系厚嘅一條條都幾搞笑。一碗都有4,5舊,算系咁😁😁烏冬系港式嗰種圓柱條滑嘟嘟,估唔到又有味喎。…Read More

今日過嚟呢邊啲雜貨舖搵即熱邊爐,原本諗住去南記食,不過見時日無多,又見到門口有皮皮,就膽粗粗九衝咗入去呢間一碗車仔麵度試吓。餐廳嘅牆身非常復古,不只限於所張貼嘅 poster,連嗰個油漆剝落嘅殘破感都還原到周璇嗰個年代,入場聽到楊采妮嘅不會哭於你面前,我諗播番天涯歌女應該會更加夾,我未能夠分辨到牆身個殘破感係歲月嘅洗禮定係名師嘅設計,睇番OR最舊嗰篇食評係2017年,又唔多以係百年嘅老字號喎。餐牌上極多餸揀,數番一共有45款餸,仲未計小食,真係好多,有水吧嘅車仔麵檔係有分加嘅,雖然我今日無飲到,兩餸28三餸33,喺今時今日嚟講都算幾抵。揀咗個香茅豬頸肉牛筋豬腸甜酸齋河粉,甜酸齋分上阿姐無黑面,辣度揀咗大辣,豬頸肉要加兩蚊所以有多少期望。河粉基本嘢,個湯都係,跟住試啖牛筋,炆得極腍,心中暗喜;跟手嘅香茅豬頸肉,把你迅間落地獄、硬到癲之餘仲同香芧沒有半點關係;跟住試舊豬腸,難得嘅充滿豬味,好耐無食過咁有豬味嘅豬腸喇;隨後將個辣撈勻,又令我有少少懷疑人生,個辣有陣怪味,食多十幾啖至諗到嗰陣味有少少似南孔味,得嚟又有少少鹹香,係奇怪,不過都夠辣嘅;甜酸齋於我嚟講從來都係用嚟解吓辣,呢度嘅甜酸齋甜咗啲又酸咗啲,不過不失。呢度嘅餸份量好多,人間代表豬腸有成七八舊,牛筋有五六舊,地獄系嘅豬頸肉都有四五舊,不過食完有少少口渴,但係屬於可接受嘅程度。…Read More
