Good news for the gourmands who missed the lavish lobster delicacies in last Summer! This January, the much-loved lobster themed dinner buffet returns at The Food Gallery, featuring a diversified selection of lobster specialities in international styles to tantalise your appetite. 

Embark on an exceptional gastronomic journey with an array of lobster-inspired South-east Asian delicacies such as the Lobster in Thai Yellow Curry, Lobster Tom Yum Soup and Laksa with Lobster and Rice Noodle. The famous Grilled Half Herbed Lobster and Cantonese–style Clay Port Rice with Lobster, Shiitake and Egg are also highlights that should not be missed.

Spice up your night with the cold lobster tower as well as a range of international seasonal seafood featuring fresh oyster from US & France, New Zealand green mussel, Canadian jade whelk, crayfish and more. 

The dinner buffet also serves over 30 kinds of Asian, Chinese and Western hot dishes, including the most sought-after Steamed Fresh Fish, Chinese Double-boiled Soup, meat-carving section such as Char-grilled Sirloin Steak and Lamb Rack

Wrap up the feast with exquisite desserts such as Hazelnut and Caramel Opera Cake, Selections of Choux, Vanilla Pannacotta, Apple Crumble Pie, Seasonal Fruit Cheesecake, Clafoutis and 8 flavours of premium Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

“Lobsterfest” dinner buffet is available from January to March, every Friday to Sunday. All buffet dishes are served on a rotation basis and subject to change. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge. Child price is applicable to guests aged 5 to 11.
