Guests will begin their culinary journey by choosing two from a selection of enticing appetisers, including a Mini charcuterie platter, Hereford Organic grass-fed beef tartar, Scallop ceviche, Langoustine sashimi, Smoked black cod rillettes, Slow cooked hens egg with creamed corn and crisp quinoa or Cobb salad.

To follow, guests may choose their favorite main course from an array of delectable hot dishes, such as Wild Hereford ribeye, Miso marinated black cod, Slow roasted organic chicken breast or Fresh house-made tagliatelle.

To enhance the culinary experience, guests can add an additional HK$398 to include the Symphony of Seafood platter which comes with Alaskan king crab legs, Fresh seasonal oysters, as well as Hokkaido scallops, all sourced and farmed using sustainable methods and ideal for two to share.
End on a sweet note with an unlimited supply of delightful desserts ranging from Pistachio raspberry mousse cake, Oolong tea cream brulée, Vanilla mille feuille, Chestnut Mont Blanc tart and assorted macarons.

It is available every Sunday from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm, priced at HK$298 per person. Guests may enjoy an unlimited supply of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne, house wines, selected craft beers, fresh juices and soft drinks for an additional HK$298 per person.
