The cold crab leg is the perfect start for a delightful “Crabulous” night, along with a range of international seasonal seafood featuring lobsters, fresh oyster from US & France, New Zealand green mussel, Canadian jade whelk, crayfish and more to tantalise your appetite.
Grasp the crab season and indulge in the extensive selection of crab delicacies prepared in international styles ranging from the finger-licking Singapore chili crab, chef’s choice Macau crab congee, Deep-fried crab claw with sour chili sauce, Baked Canadian snow crab leg with truffle sabayon to Chinese-styled Steamed Dungeness crabmeat with egg white and Hua Diao wine and more. The live station of Fried soft shell crab is also a highlight that crab lovers should not miss.
The dinner buffet also serves over 30 kinds of International style hot dishes, featuring the most sought-after Steamed Fresh Fish, Chinese Double-boiled Soup, meat carving section such as Char-grilled Sirloin Steak and Lamb Rack.
