Cordis, Hong Kong’s all-day dining restaurant, The Place presents a “Say Cheez” buffet from now until 30th November 2018, bringing dairy lovers a glorious feast of delicious cheese.

An array of signature dishes is being prepared to satisfy guests’ cheese obsession. The journey begins with exciting starters including International Cheese Platter with Homemade Cheese Dips and Bread, live flame-seared Aburi Sushi with Cheese, Italian Mozzarella Tomatoes Salad as well as an endless supply of the popular Seafood on Ice and Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters.

Moving to main course, savour the irresistible cheese dishes, including Four Cheese Baked Lobsters, Deep-fried Kurobuta Cutlet with Melted Cheese, Mac n Cheese in Cordon Bleu Style, alongside live cooking stations featuring Freshly Baked Pizza (available during lunch), Baked Scallop with Cheese (available during dinner), Risotto or Pasta tossed in Whole Parmesan Wheel and Raclette (available during dinner) – a traditional Swiss dish which cheese wheel is heated until piping hot and then scraped onto platters of boiled potatoes and pickles, to tantalise your taste buds. 

Guests may continue their cheese indulgence with French Onion Soup with Parmesan Toast, Escargot with Potato Gratin, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Seafood Casserole Au Gratin and Baked Potatoes with Cheddar, Bacon and Jalapeño.

Complete the journey with a dazzling selection of delicate cheese desserts, including cheesecakes around the world such as Camembert Molten Cheesecake, Mango Swiss Cheesecake and Japanese Cheesecake. Pastry Chef also meticulously crafted Tiramisu in Flower Pot, Apple Crumble Cheesecake, in conjunction with live dessert stations of Cheese Soufflé and Cheese Tart.
