The festive holiday season is the perfect occasion to celebrate together with family and loved ones, feasting over an impeccable range of ocean harvest and holiday exclusive treats. The Food Gallery hosts a sensational Festive Brunch Buffet, highlighting an extraordinary range of Asian and Western food stations, notably highlighting varieties of chilled seafood on rotation, including Cooked Snow Crab Leg, Brown Crab, juicy whelks, prawns and Green Mussels from New Zealand. For a taste of the holidays, the Turkey Roulade with Chestnut Stuffing and the Bratwurst Sausages are carved to order, complete with an all-new Christmas dessert station featuring traditional Panettone, Chocolate Chestnut Cream Puffs and Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce.

The Festive Dinner Buffet at The Food Gallery elevates the holiday feast experience to new heights, showcasing chilled seafood with Live Oysters on ice, while a Steak Carpaccio Salad and Duck Liver Mousse on Toast bask in the joyous celebration for gourmet aficionados. This holiday season, Palm Court is basking the festive cheers with joyous spirits as the hotel presents an exclusive four-course Festive Set Dinner. The prix-fixe showcases an exciting array of Christmas gourmet offerings, showcasing reinvented gourmet traditions beloved by generations of food lovers. The menu begins with a choice between refreshing Cranberry Apple Quinoa Salad or Cumin-Flavoured Shrimps on Barley and Asparagus Salad, followed by a velvety smooth Butternut Squash Velouté with Roasted Hazelnut and Gratineed Baguette with Gruyere Cheese. Guests can indulge in a choice of main courses, from Crispy Sea Bass with Fennel and Pimiento sauce; to Provencal Beef Tenderloin with Grilled Zucchini and Thyme Jus, to a festive main course: A Turkey Roulade with Chestnut Stuffing and Gammon Ham with Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Bacon, and Brussels Sprouts. The dinner menu is complete with an exclusive Christmas dessert. The four-course Festive Set Dinner menu is available from 24 to 26 December and priced at HKD798 per person.


Mini Christmas Cakes
Complementing on the festive spirit, Palm Court will captivate the sweet essence of Christmas with a limited-edition collection of Mini Cakes, designed and crafted by the experienced pastry team from The Langham, Hong Kong. The new celebratory treats include the Christmas Tree, featuring pistachio mousse with vanilla cream and apricot compote; Santa Hat, where raspberry crémeux and white chocolate mousse meet coconut marshmallow. Palline di Natale, vanilla chocolate cream and coconut dacquoise lightened with sweet and tangy mango-passionfruit compote, and the irresistible Chocolate Log Cake, an indulgent classic featuring triple textures of chocolate filled with raspberry jam. The Christmas mini cakes are available from 1 to 31 December at Palm Court and are priced at HKD88 each.
Festive Takeaway
Palm Court is also home for festive gourmet, as the restaurant presents its best-selling Deluxe Turkey-To-Go for a holiday feast at home. Served for 6 to 10 adults, the celebratory holiday emblem and roast of choice is sourced from the UK and weighs 6kg. The Turkey-To-Go package is complete with chestnut stuffing roll, Brussels Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Carrots, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce. The marvellous holiday package is available for pre-order and is priced at HKD1,888 per set.
