The chef has added a series of spices to the top quality foie gras sauce, and the delicate texture of the foie gras will melt in your mouth and give off a rich foie gras flavour, which is definitely a luxurious treat.

As you may not know, Mediterranean cuisine is a healthy cuisine. The local people mainly use vegetables and spices for flavouring, keeping the seasoning to a minimum and preserving the natural flavour of meat and seafood as much as possible. The chef of "Mulino" insists on using only foreign ingredients, which makes even the simplest of dishes a pleasant surprise.

For example, the Pan-fried Sting Ray, because it is so fresh. You will find that the fish is so fresh with so little seasoning. The dish is served with a Jerusalem artichoke and fennel salad, which is refreshing and has a unique soft texture of artichoke.

This is one of the few restaurants in Hong Kong that has a real charcoal grill, so many of our regulars must have charcoal grilled steak and seafood. This Valentine's Day set menu includes this Charcoal Grilled Beef Tenderloin.
