New Year Treats for Afternoon Tea at Palm Court
For the New Year, Palm Court at The Langham, Hong Kong hotel presents new treats for The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood.
Delicate sweets include the Tiramisu made of Mascarpone, espresso, lady finger and cocoa, and the Le Rocher comprised of Ecuador 40% chocolate mousse and crunchy hazelnut biscuit.
On the savoury side, we offer an assortment of “pseudo” tomatoes with fillings of smoked salmon with cream cheese, smoked chicken with Dijon mustard to green pea humus with sesame paste.
Also included are a warm selection of plain and golden raisin scones from the Palm Court bakery, served with Devonshire clotted cream with strawberry and rose preserve.
The Langham Hotels and Wedgwood have collaborated globally to introduce a bespoke version of the afternoon tradition – The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood – serving Wedgwood specialty teas in tailor-made “Langham Rose” Wedgwood tea ware with unique menus created by the hotels’ pastry chefs worldwide.
The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood is served on weekdays from 3:00 – 5:30pm, and on weekends and public holidays in two sittings, from 2:15 – 4:15pm, and 4:30 – 6:30pm. The price is HK$348 per person, and HK$598 for two persons.
