PAPINEE introduces children to the world with stories and characters. In this chapter, Vani the Monkey becomes a tour guide and leads you to explore the energetic Mexico City. 

Chef de Cuisine James Oakley has created an array of Mexican-inspired savouries including Paella Croquetta with Smoked Mussel Aioli, IMPOSSIBLE™ Taco with Plant-based Meat, Avocado Purée, Tomato and Coriander Salsa, New Caledonia Prawn Tartare with Pimento di Piquillo, Saffron and Basil, Serrano Ham and Almond Quiche, and Pulled Pork, Chorizo and Anchovy Mayo with Crispy Lavash. 

Pastry chef Roy Ma creates a series of eye-catching desserts including Caramel Corn Mousse Cake, Orange Prickly Pear Cream Custard with Macaroon, Avocado Milk Chocolate Mousse Cake, Ginger Key Lime Tarte, Homemade Scone with Hibiscus Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream.

After the fantasy journey, each of you will receive one mini Vani the Monkey amuse toy with monogram omament valued at HK$258. The colorful monkeys are created with Aztec hieroglyphics and Mayan illustrations, presents a historic aesthetic of ancient Mexican civilizations.

Another 3 chapters of “Voyage of Discovery” Afternoon Tea including “Christmas in London”, “New Year in New York” and “Tokyo with Sakura” will be launched successively for the upcoming 4 months. Can’t wait to travel around the world with taste buds!
