Job Description

Successful candidate will take a leadership role in driving the marketing plan both in Hong Kong and the Mainland China, achieving results through managing business segments. He/she will be sensitive to the market situation, developing new business strategies to deliver required profit.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a related field or discipline
  
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, 4 of which should be at managerial level (both are focus for DOS/DOSM)
  
• Proven experience on developing and implementing sales strategies, budget forecasts and new business opportunities exploration to maximize yield and revenues of hotel rooms, food & beverage, corporate and private events
  
• Knowledge in OTA & close relationship with local and overseas travel agents will be an advantage
  
• Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
  
• Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
  
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense
  
• A team player with strong leadership qualities
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
