Job Description
The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree in communications, business administration, marketing or related disciplines;
- a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification work experience in project planning, project management and event management, experience in education institution / public sector is preferred;
- knowledge and experience in construction or engineering will be a distinct advantage;
- strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills;
- able to work under pressure and committed to meet tight deadlines;
- excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- a high level of integrity and a sense of accountability; and
- excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties include
- to oversee the operation of the Career Support Services in the provision career support to graduates of CIC full-time training courses;
- To formulate strategies to monitor and enhance the continuation of employment of CIC graduates;
- to develop, formulate and execute alumni engagement strategies including organising and proposing activities and benefits, and enhancing communication with alumni;
- to liaise with industry stakeholders and to develop, co-ordinate and implement specific related projects;
- to formulate quality assurance measures and monitoring measures, and to prepare relevant agreements and documents;
- to implement the various subsidy schemes for employers and apprentices, evaluate their effectiveness and make recommendations to the management for improvement;
- to perform information research, studies, analyses and provide reports with recommendations for senior management’s consideration; and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
