Florist (Location: Repulse Bay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply creative floral design techniques and principles to create beautiful arrangements for various occasions
• Maintain the care and conditioning of flowers, including watering, pruning, and arranging
• Manage inventory by ordering and organizing the availability of fresh flowers and supplies
• Contribute to visual merchandising by creating attractive displays of flowers in the shop
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum education level of Form 5 or above
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Must be self-motivated, creative, responsible, and loyal, with the ability to work both independently and as a valuable team player
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the floral industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of floral design and the care of flowers
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
