Job Duties

工作職責

• Provide direction, instruction and guidance to a group of individuals for the purpose of achieving a certain goal
  提供清晰製作指引、方向及意見給予廚房同事，共同創立製作目標
• Manage the daily operation & production according to the Pastry Chef 's specification, requirements and customers’ recipes
  管理廚房日常運作及嚴緊遵照食譜按時製作食品
• Manage the ordering schedule of ingredients
  確保食材預訂份量一致及符合公司品質要求
• Lead of a team in Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle pastry preparation
  檢查食材品質及負責生產前預備，以確保有足夠食材在工作台應付生產
• Reorganize refrigerators and entire section, fill up stocks items up to par to work on all necessary arrangement for upcoming pastry preparation
  檢查用具器材清潔及運作正常
• Develop creative pastries, baked goods and confections
  創作別具特色節日及季節性甜點
• Coordinate operations with the other departments
  與公司各部門保持良好溝通及合作關係
• Provide supervision and training for the pastry team
  提供食品生產培訓予餐廳同事

Job requirements

工作要求

• With more than 3-4 years related pastry working experience
  最少3-4年甜品大廚經驗
• Creative and quality-oriented team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
  良好溝通及人際技巧, 能單獨及團體工作
• Experience in pastry section is an added advantage
  遵守既定生產程序、食譜、賣相及衛生守則
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
  繁忙環境仍能保持效率及有組織地工作
