Job Description
- Provide general office administrative support on daily operations.
- Responsible for daily accounting support such as bank reconciliation, processing of cheque payment, filing
- Responsible for the reconciliation of sales receipt, sales invoices records, vendor invoices
- Prepare month-end/year-end closing report and supporting schedules
- Assist in stocktake
- Handle and calculate staff salary and commission
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or above with LCCI Intermediate or above
- At least 1-2 years accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of Quickbook, MYOB and Peachtree systems preferable
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, well organized with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
