Restaurant Manager (Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant)

Job Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff training and daily administration
  • Lead the team to provide excellent service to the customers
  • Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
  • Adhere to established operating expenses and to ensure that costs are controlled
  • Perform restaurant duties as assigned by Operations Manager


  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Food and Beverage industry with proven management skills and leadership
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua an advantage
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Restaurant Supervisor

Working Location:

  • Central, Wan Chai, Tsing Yi, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Tai Po


  • 5 rest days per month
