E-commerce Operations Manager / Executive (F&B)


Responsibilities

  • Formulate, manage and execute different types of digital marketing programs on social media to raise brand awareness and visibility
  • Develop and manage ecommerce sales channels (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Food Panda, Openrice)
  • Responsible for eCommerce operations including but not limited to listed product upload, promotion launch and content preparation
  • Responsible for order management from receiving order to delivery, customer services and logistics & stock level monitoring
  • Responsible for performance reports and analyze with targeting to maximize ROI of various marketing activities
  • Consolidate market data on e-commerce portals, analysis and generate insights, research to identify new market, sales opportunities, buying trends and media costs
  • Perform ad hoc assignments by management

  

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing experience
  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent, sell motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a busy office environment
