Job Summary:

Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who handles the Club’s members retail requirements. The position will assist to handle delivery duties for the Country Store, and support daily sales operations, including product stocks and cleanliness. Must be able to successfully build relations with members and have a strong and competent knowledge of the product selections in the Country Store. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To complete home deliveries in timely and accurately according to the delivery schedule, as well as drive in a safe and efficient manner 
  • To assist in maintaining correct stock levels, both from external suppliers and internal production
  • To check stock on quantity, quality and expiring date
  • To handle take away orders
  • To enhance Club image by providing high standard of service and products
  • To promote seasonal purchases e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter
  • To maintain store and warehouse tidiness
  • To maintain hygiene standards
  • To actively build up relationships with members
  • To assist in taking monthly inventory
  • To perform light admin work
  • To assist visual merchandising and maintain store displays on daily basis


Job Specification:


  • High Diploma / College Graduate 



  • Preferred 2 years experience retail sales from high-end supermarket/wine outlet/grocery store 
  • Knowledge of US groceries and brands and connections with local suppliers
  • A good understanding of US and Hong Kong retail sectors



  • A clean driving license for regular car / delivery van is a must 
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Well spoken English and Cantonese
  • A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others



  • Sales Oriented with excellent guest contact and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiatives
  • Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, drive and an ability to manage your workload autonomously
