Assistant Property Manager


The Role:

  • Carry out daily property management and facilities service in Company premises
  • Monitor cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and other contractors according to the service contract
  • Plan and monitor facilities improvement / office renovation projects
  • Devise and implement environmental measures to comply with government requirements and achieve best practices as well as safety measures to comply with OHSAS 18001 requirements
  • Manage procurement exercise from vendor selection to delivery
  • Assist to organize company activities and events
  • Support ad hoc projects if required
  • Occasional travel to the Mainland China is required

The Person:

  • Degree Holder in Real Estates, Facilities Management or Property Management
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Holder of a valid driving license is an advantage
  • Willing to take new challenge and develop multi-skills in property and facilities management in both Hong Kong and the Mainland China
  • Work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
