職位: 

店舖營運主管

業務内容:

• 監督餐廳日常管理工作，包括出納、庫存控制、人事、安全和行政管理

• 與運營部門密切合作，監控餐廳日常工作流程

• 確保日常工作和職責按照時間表和符合公司標準

• 為員工提供培訓和指導，以確保服務的質量和一致性

• 作為與其他內部部門的溝通橋樑

• 執行店長指派的工作

• 需要輪班值班

應募資格: 

• 中5或以上學歷

• 6年以上餐飲相關工作經驗，其中3年以上經營管理經驗（有日本餐廳/酒店工作經驗者優先）　

• 基本電腦知識

• 懂日語優先

Title: 

Shop Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor daily restaurant administration duties including cashiering, stock control, personnel, security, and general administration

• Monitor daily restaurants workflow with close collaboration with operations

• Ensure everyday duties and responsibilities are well performed in accordance with schedule and corporate standard

• Provide training and coaching to the staff members to ensure the quality & consistency of service

• Act as communication channel with other internal departments

• Perform duties as assigned by Shop Manager

• Shift duty is required

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above. Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 6 years work experience on relevant F&B operations, including 3 years solid experience in operations management (Japanese Restaurant experience preferred)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Proficiency in Japanese is an Advantage
