Responsibilities 職務

• Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production
負責籌備、整理日常廚房食材及出品製作

• Ensure the food quality, food safety and hygiene standard to be in line with company’s requirements
確保食物品質、安全及衛生達公司要求

• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
協助維持膳食材料的庫存管理工作


Requirements 要求

Experience in related duty is required with restaurant operations and customer services in a restaurant environment
具相關餐廳廚房工作經驗

Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills, basic English reading
具良好溝通能力及人際關係, 略懂閱讀簡單英語,並以客為先


Working location: Kwai Fong, Lai Chi Kok, Shatin
工作地點: 葵芳, 荔枝角, 沙田
