哩個月就輪到Mango Plate有4.6分嘅 Osteria Orzo!
有請小鳳姐!!我同朋友一見到就決定要book! 第二日就嚟咗試啦
Menu上嘅選擇都係 Osteria Orzo嘅主打菜!我同朋友一於唔客氣(反正應該有排都冇得飛),一於想食咩就叫咩
餐廳會附送麵包,好唔好味就見人見智,不過值得一提係都幾鬆脆,叉落去個下有驚喜
第一度菜係 Orzo's Beef Carpaccio, 概念應該係源自韓國好出名嘅kimbap
用prime tenderloin 包住琥珀核桃、 arugula、 parmigiano-reggiano 、青橄欖
牛肉肉質真係非常嫩滑,好正!
好似食緊parma ham咁!跟住就到Caprese, 哩度菜食到我同朋友都好amazed!
白色一層嘅係水牛芝士泡泡,上面配上香濃嘅羅勒葉油, 超級特別
下面搭配嘅係cherry tomatoes 、醋同核桃, 成個感覺非常新鮮!
重頭戲嚟啦!Shrimp fra diavolo pasta! (本身係蟹不過可能無晒貨)呢個pasta係用韓式辣椒醬、煙肉 同韭菜製作而成, 加埋隻sous vide egg, 就成為辛辣版carbonara
佢嘅意粉好有口感,加上獨一無二嘅醬汁,鍾意食辣既朋友絕對要試!
唯一要彈係啲蝦有啲冰鮮嘅感覺....最後最後當然要叫招牌菜- Al Ragu Bianco
呢個pasta係用幼身麵條加Ragu肉碎、忌廉、蘑菇醬同松露醬做嘅!
口感好creamy, 但係我同朋友都覺得如果用Ragu片會更出色,同埋整體都偏油,本身六成飽,食完哩個即刻飽到飛起
