I came here for the restaurant week menu. Before I only went to the one in Shanghai.The vibe here is totally different with much lighting here and spacious area.The dinner set is really good value for money with lots of dishes and all of them are delicious.I love their tapas and they are very delicate,Service is very good as well!I'd highly recommend this restaurant and definitely revisit again!

Service is very good as well!

I'd highly recommend this restaurant and definitely revisit again!

情迷西班牙 restaurant week

這幾年有什麼特別日子好多時都會想起西班牙菜, 雖然一般都覺得不平宜, 而這店好多時都會係諗起的第一間, 陽光燦爛的日子這店會倍覺漂亮, 感覺像當年還是Jamon, Jamon電影裡的西班牙的美少女Pepelope Cruz那種少女風情，但一瞬間她已經少女不再，但這店在陽光下依舊迷人，這天是晚上來首次試HK restaurant week set dinner ,在book table時太座刻意寫下的window seat,居然這次是被安排到window seat!果然是我們可以期待的餐廳之一, 當晚客人算係多啦, 再加上有兩個樂手現場演奏爵士樂, 其實係一個控制鍵盤,另一個年長一點的黑人樂手一腳踢輪流玩不同的樂器, 不過即使只是色士風, 長笛, 搖鼓之類都會幾大聲, 未致係噪音但客人都須要加大一定的聲浪才聽到對方說話, 可能我們位置也許座得較為近玩音樂的位置也說不定!講返食物,Dinner Tapas:Iberico ham shoulder with tomato bread豬肩肉質高,甘香之餘咸味也適中, 蕃茄多士的茄肉清新, 跟扁飽很夾,Smoked salmon air bag

豬肩肉質高,甘香之餘咸味也適中, 蕃茄多士的茄肉清新, 跟扁飽很夾,

Smoked salmon air bag with honey & truffle dressing

比較玩味一點的是將少少嘅酸忌廉放在泡芙內, 而上面的三文魚肉係厚切版本,

一口吃下滿足不已

比堅尼內的菠菜相當豐富, 芝士比例雖也不少但比想像中的少,

呢個前菜係最滿意的一品, 味道稍稍清淡但也是最突出原材料特性的一道菜, 可見大廚對自家店的入貨頗具自信, 牛油果茸雖然在底但起畫龍點睛的效果,沒有了它則只是日本刺身吧!

Steak tartar with baby prawn cracker and marrow

寫出來的材料要每一樣都感覺到實在是有點難度,不過牛肉他他品質上勝, 配合那片百鳥歸巢式的簿片, 何等奢侈, 絕對係廚師晒冷道具之一,

相對這個炸薯仔蛋則比較平實儘管已經捲上一層火腿簿片,唯一這個炸物的內溫頗高,即使沒有趕上第一時間食, 第二時間也仍然感覺到內餡熱度足夠!

墨汁炒魷魚, 沒太大驚喜, 間場作用之作

烤豬則似乎兩年前做得比這晚的出色, 薯仔簿切再疊成正方形咸點蛋糕狀的這東西在文華吃過一次,暫時無出其右,這裡也不例外,

Main:

Lobster and seafood panella

字面上提及的龍蝦可能係話飯面那兩舊白色細過麻雀的東西都唔定? 海鮮就的確有, 蝦/帶子/蜆/魷魚碎, 當日的飯並沒有飯焦所以係稍稍似意大利飯那種濕潤口感, 太座比較喜好這口感, 

Dessert:

Churros with chocolate sauce

這油條炸功一流可惜的是蛋香全無, 浪費咗這廚師的一番本領, 

而吃過以上每一道都濃味/咸味的各道菜式怎能不柯打返啡$40/ 茶$38

解一解那食道上下的各種海鮮味, 火腿味, 芝士味!

Other Info. : 今次見有些服務員似乎有點生疏又或者係來炒更的, 無論談吐及工作上的專注度都不足, 最容易擦覺的是整個流程只跟我們換過一次碟, 而那次係我地主動同比較上高級的似乎係女經理嘅人講才即刻換碟, 不過這似乎係現今飲食業正面對的普遍問題, 所謂”話頭醒尾”! 的服務員, 現在好難發現到, 即使係較為醒目一點的, 但可能又到談吐應對出現嚇你一驚的對話場面, 希望業界能夠多加注意啦! 錢收多咗服務如一咁講唔通囉!
