今日約咗已認識了接近十年的openricer "姊弟" 食 Afternoon Tea, 而阿P因趕工要在寫字樓工作。又到3點3,PJ分開食茶餐,阿P去了"權記"食碗快靚正雲吞麵,而我就去了 Robuchon。星期六係中環飲下午茶並不是一件易事,"弟弟" 於3pm先去了Sevva排隊,見人頭湧湧兼大部份排隊人仕已有籌在身,於是便放棄,急急脚走去 Robuchon,排了一陣終於有位。同一時間,阿P於平霸全城的"權記"亦排緊隊等食。從前有人說過,平價食店如權記粉麵這類的,絕對是一個市道寒暑表; 如它們人頭湧湧,就要留現金。今天,權記座無虛席;但 Robuchon 亦同樣座無虛席,你說香港的貧富縣殊有多嚴重?Landmark 的新春裝飾一如以住的 impressive。Robuchon 剛於 Landmark 開張時,座位只得數張,現在已擴展至成條走廊都放滿枱,可見中環人是何等喜歡嘆茶。從前的 Robuchon 是有人 serve 落單的,現在已轉做自助式落單收費,感覺上"快餐"了很多。我們3人點了 Tea Set for 2 ($450),用 Robuchon 的 signature 三層
