To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們今天去了位於中環的素食餐廳餐廳在大館的附近，在一條小巷子當中雖然在小巷子之內，但入店之後環境開陽，大玻璃窗令到光線充足店員親切友善，店內英文溝通為主，餐牌也是英文的。店員也很熱情的推介我們吃熱門的食品第一次食這類型的炸椰菜花球，咬下去是軟的，帶有椰菜花的甜味；底有沙律菜、酸瓜、醬汁等，口感及味道也很多層次薄餅賣相吸引，餅底非常之薄，蕃茄味道濃郁，香草新鮮沙律菜很清新，特別有很多我們喜歡的羽衣甘藍；沙律醬選擇也有很多，我們選擇腰果醬，感覺很配合新鮮沙律菜另外，雜穀米飯本來的味道已經很好吃，加上不同的配料後更正！配料中，牛油果成熟程度剛好，果香重；蕃茄乾非常濃郁，酸酸嘅味道令人開胃；烤南瓜感覺清新，味道香甜；烤蘑菇份量很多，配合米飯一起吃很好送飯朱古力曲奇餅係軟款的曲奇餅，味道香濃，朱古力碎及果仁碎也有很多Lemonade感覺清新，裏面仲有新鮮嘅薄荷葉及檸檬片店內嘅素食仲有好多選擇，呢度絕對係一個有質素的素食店😊值得再來…Read More
