To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. All Day Breakfast 樣樣都好味，炒蛋不知是不是有加了忌廉還是甚麼的，味道不錯！還有炒磨菇片，煙三文魚，煙肉、香腸和焗豆都是好味的。多士竟然有四塊之多，幸好我們四人 share，哈哈。喜歡他們獨有的 rose strawberry jam，立即令多士大大加分！這份 all day breakfast 份量真不少，如果一人來吃的話真要看看能不能吃得完才好叫啊。 咖啡選擇：我的是 Oolong Tea Latte，朋友D的是 Earl Grey Latte，朋友R的是Cappucino，朋友M的是 Myers's Caffe Luna，叫 Latte 的都有附上一小塊 Brownie。 坦白說這裡的咖啡不算便宜，但水準實在是差，咖啡淡而無味，亦不夠熱。除了朋友M說她的咖啡OK之外(只是尚可，未算是好)，我們其餘三位都不太滿意咖啡的水準。不知是這分店的問題，還是今天我們不幸，因為倒試過其他分店是完全沒有問題的。 Carbonara 好味又 Creamy，煙肉碎很多！ 黑森林薄餅 Tartufo Pizza，最喜歡薄脆底的 pizza，因為不會過膩。Pizza 上桌時已聞到很香的味道！ Signature Dessert Platter，來這裡都是為了這個拼盤，甜品味道不算很驚喜，但每樣甜品都算不錯。吃到這裡其實是已經很飽，實在有點眼闊肚窄，但基於甜品可以是另一個胃，所以都能全部完成！除了咖啡是這頓飯的污點外，其他都很不錯的。但基於咖啡實在差得太緊要，所以只能給OK了～…Read More
