網上見到中環萬宜大廈開咗間新嘅中菜館「⭐️星.68」,七月底前做緊堂食/外賣*68折優惠*,咁鬼抵就一於試下。餐廳入口原來喺停車場旁邊,即係斜路仔。餐廳環境寬闊,燈光明亮,客人自然坐得舒服😊。由於好耐無飲過茶、食過中菜,於是我哋就放縱一下🙈,叫咗個二人餐之餘,再另點其他食物。餐廳算係新派中菜館,創意款式同經典口味任君選擇!餐廳比較特別嘅地方係有同丸茶手作(我最愛嘅茶飲店)合作,即係我可以邊嘆珍珠奶茶、邊食點心🥤。除咗茶飲外,餐廳亦主打滋補燉湯,唔同日子有唔同款式以供選擇😁。68薈萃全盒($108),六款點心包括鮮蝦餃皇、乾蒸牛肉燒賣、臘味煎蘿蔔糕、安蝦鹹水角、青蛙王子同金箔芝麻糕。論賣相無可能唔拎滿分掛💯?拼盤有四款鹹點同兩款甜點,其中🐸青蛙包最吸睛,餡就係豆沙餡,包皮都算鬆軟。另外,鹹水角係較傳統嘅點心,出奇地呢到嘅出品好出色🤤,外皮炸得好脆,但無油膩感,又夠大隻。乾蒸牛肉都唔錯,建議點喼汁食;蘿蔔糕就無乜特別。甜點芝麻糕類似芝麻卷嘅口感,味道濃郁,我唔鍾意食芝麻糊都覺得便幾好食。午市套餐(2位用$276),套餐內容豐富,兼且十分抵食😍。其實齋食佢已經飽哂,不過我哋太為食無計。二小碟: 陳皮牛𦟌、醬香蘿蔔,兩款涼拌小食各有五件,份量啱啱好。其中一款本身應該係京式肴肉,但好似換咗做牛𦟌🐂,食落有啲啲辣;由於醃咗味,所以都唔確定佢係咪真係牛。至於醬香蘿蔔有啲其貌不揚,但又幾爽脆、幾開胃,唔太重口味。即日燉湯嘅款式係海星蘋果龍脷葉燉瘦肉,後尾先發現好似可以轉款,但而家都無損失,因為依款勁好飲😋。首先我相信餐廳係有將個燉湯去油,加上口味唔會過鹹,所以好清爽。第二燉湯好足料,有成隻海星仔同🍎蘋果,同埋大量好有嚼口嘅煲湯瘦肉。我勁鍾意哈哈。雙式點心: 鮮蝦餃皇、花菇燒賣,兩款皇牌點心、每款各二,簡直係完美組合,皆因點心係好食,但都好飽肚😆。蝦餃同燒賣均唔錯,大大粒無欺場,朋友話食落有傳統酒樓點心嘅風味,即帶點豬油香。鳳梨酸甜肉,呢個即係咕嚕肉,味道偏酸,啱配飯。咕嚕肉大小適中,無骨,可以一啖食哂。另外,伴菜有唔少三色椒同菠蘿🍍。原隻鮑魚花菇翡翠,兩隻鮑魚炆得入味,口感爽口得嚟唔會韌,幾正!下低墊住嘅仲有小棠菜同大花菇,同樣地亦係好夠味😛。海參沙葛叉燒粒炒飯,炒飯份量好多,每人分到唔止一碗囉!🍚炒飯好高質,每粒炒至乾身分明,仲好均勻地上哂色,粒粒都帶有豉油鹹香。我哋食得出叉燒粒同沙葛粒,但食嗰時就無為意有無海參。酥炸魷魚鬚($70),我知道餐廳係隸屬鴻星集團,所以酥炸系列係必點項目。🦑炸魷魚鬚真係好鬼正,魷魚本身已經好食,加上佢嘅炸皮酥脆兼夠薄,食完唔會成口粉或者熱氣,果然無令我失望,推介。桑寄生蓮子芋圓茶($39/位),我預咗唔會有西營盤老字號咁好味,但都比想像中好。桑寄生茶帶點甘味,唔會過甜;除咗有名稱所述嘅蓮子同芋圓外,亦都加入咗鵪鶉蛋作配料🥚。題外話,我亦都特別介紹番集團嘅名物,就係作為餐前小食嘅脆脆銀魚🐟,真係好惹味,去親工展會都要入貨!餐牌寫住如果叫特式茶飲,就可免茶水費(每人都成$12),諗落嗌嘢飲仲有著數啵。我哋要咗凍奶蓋芋香奶茶($32)及凍極品鐵觀音($18)加桂花珍珠($6)同經典黑糖珍珠($6)。質素同平日飲開無異,飲品好飲、珍珠好食😙。不過食中餐點都要飲返杯熱茶至啱數,我哋要咗中菜館少見啲嘅格雷伯爵茶🍵,都幾清香。另外,仲有四季春同普洱茶揀。總括嚟講,成餐都令我哋喜出望外,皆因食物、環境同服務方面都好好。雖則佢嘅味道未稱得上好驚艷,但起碼樣樣都叫做有番咁上下水準,份量又多👍。最後亦係重點所在:而家做緊68折優惠真係好抵食,成枱食物埋單都只係四百蚊左右。…Read More
