太子有好多好味的餐廳,今晚就嚟到試下慢煮工業。因為訂左枱,好快就可以入座。一上樓就見到著名嘅畫作同一套鼓,估計週末時會有live music。上到去職員安排左一張六人大枱,眼見餐廳喺疫情期間,枱與枱之間的距離都幾充足,亦令我地幾放心。餐廳環境都唔錯,有open bar 可以睇到上菜嘅過程。Food Menu同drink menu上都有好多唔同嘅選擇,亦有好多小食可以揀。今晚我哋就叫左一份經典威靈頓牛柳加芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇同一份龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉(本來仲想叫慢煮德國脆皮鹹豬手,但怕太多,所以作罷)。飲品就叫左Mojito同比利時玫瑰水果啤。先來的是飲品。比利時玫瑰水果啤($48)幾清新,同Hoegxxrdxn 嘅rose好似但更fruity。Mojito ($68)預先問左可唔可以「少甜」,味道唔錯。再嚟就係主食經典威靈頓牛柳($218)上枱時好香,酥皮好脆。急不及待切開佢,入面嘅牛扒顏色好靚,睇落肉質好嫩滑。牛扒都幾香,牛味亦好鮮明,肉質鮮嫩。喺酥皮同牛扒之間嘅蘑菇蓉調味同一般有少少唔同,食到有薑汁嘅味道。份量合理,兩個人分有少少唔夠喉。芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇(side,$38)溶左嘅芝士包住溫泉蛋同啡菇,一切開蛋汁就流出嚟。啡菇沾住蛋汁食,都好好味。龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉 ($88)賣相滿分,蒜味香濃,個汁都唔Hae,堅係有龍蝦味。意粉硬度亦岩岩好。埋單$506。以環境同食物質素嚟講,又可以同朋友傾下計,呢個價錢好合理。下次限聚令解禁,會再同多d朋友嚟chill下。…Read More

跟一位朋友有一年半沒見了,作為牛魔王的她提議來Under Vacuum食西餐。行樓梯上一層,看到有些帶工業風的裝飾。本打算叫二人餐,但我們問過二人餐的牛排只有8oz,牛魔王又不太好肉醬意粉,我們就決定散叫。龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉($88),樣子沒有很吸引。上面有兩隻炸過的蝦,味道淡又黏殼。意粉裡有不少彩椒和洋蔥增加口感。意粉煮得過火了少許,所謂的龍蝦汁是打的羡汁,多得掛在意粉上,同時又有很多在碟底浸著意粉;這碟意粉感覺麻麻。安格斯西冷牛扒(16oz)($190),原來是有兩塊8oz的牛扒,這樣除了餐廳方便預備份量,我們朋友二人一人一塊幾方便,不過有樣不好的就是牛扒會比較薄。牛扒的生熟程度大概是預設的,下單時店員也沒有詢問我們要的生熟度。牛扒的邊較熟,中間如圖中程一點粉紅但仍然偏熟。牛扒有肉味,稱不上很濃,肉質有質感容易咬,表現正常。散叫的美式芥末豬仔脾($78)有四隻。每一件豬仔脾都不肥美比較瘦細,幸好肉質不硬都算滑。表面佈滿濃郁的BBQ醬汁,加上少許芥末,很是惹味。餐廳地方不算細,但檯的擺位很密,檯與檯之間的空間很窄,說話時都不知道究竟是在跟朋友說還是隔離檯我們坐在廚房出菜位附近,店員經常在附近出入但當我們有需要請店員幫助時,沒有幾個能夠留意到我們😅或許是太好生意,店員們都有點忙,對客人的態度也稱不上友善。作為西餐廳,服務態度通常會是可談論的程度;不過這裡沒有甚麼服務,跟一般餐廳沒異,更令客人覺得餐廳有種「唔憂做」的態度,有點失望。這兩年都有不少朋友來光顧過,看似幾人氣,今次到我有機會來食。食物普通沒驚喜,價錢偏貴份量不算大。以是次經驗,未必有下次了。…Read More

久違了的飯聚今天和朋友到了慢煮工業食晚飯平日的晚上也有不要人等位餐廳內的佈置很細緻, 到處都疊放了鼓勵人心的說話畢竟在這個最壞也是最好的時代裡鼓勵的說話還是很需要的先上的美式烤豬仔骨個人覺得這個址豬仔骨烤得很香醬汁也很滋味友人笑說能吃的肉好像不多我倒覺得還可以蠻欣賞的再來的是慢煮脆皮德國鹹豬手咸豬手的味道不錯,肉質和肉汁口感味道都掌握得很好,還有分量也很多如果皮能再香脆一點就更出色了龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉表現中規中矩,感覺還可以輕食拼盤有薯角, 炸蠔, 洋蔥圈, 雞翼...都很香口很豐富和朋友分享吃一下子就清空了飲品方面點了熱情果特飲,友人要了荔枝接木骨花特飲, 芒果蜜桃水果茶賣相相當不錯入口也很清新…Read More

成日聽中意周圍食野既朋友介紹呢間餐廳「慢煮工業」 ,「工業」?自己對以前香港年代好似有一種情意結咁,覺得以前未有咁多科技,每日拎住一部真係只可以打電話冇其他功能既電話,然後坐巴士去上班,每日返工做同一樣野,收工返去食飯,每日生活都好簡單,好似冇咩煩惱,衣著又冇咁講究,工業時代既人係咪都係咁既呢?不如今日就同另一半放低部電話,黎感受一下咩係慢煮工業。環境位於轉角位,樓高兩層,外面裝修好靚好有格調,佢叫自己做「慢煮工業」,相信係設計上都係行返工廠風,所以有啲懷舊既感覺。一行到入去,就有招牌霓虹燈,好有味道,有啲以前香港工業年代既Feel,下面係接待處,但都可以坐幾枱客人,但主要坐上層。經樓梯上二樓後,一入去就見到放左set鼓係到,唔知平時會唔會有人演奏呢?到左樓上,環境都幾大,分左幾個唔同Area,有LED燈做裝飾,好有氣氛,又唔太吵,環境幾好,我地就被安排到坐角落位置,私隱度就啲。餐牌前菜、小食、意粉、Pizza、主食樣樣齊!而且冇睇錯,價錢好相宜,環境唔差但收費比出面西餐廳平好多,最平既$38有交易,而扒類都唔洗過$100就食到,相對上學生都可以負擔到,難怪咁受歡迎!軟心拉芝士條(6條) $38入面係Mozzarella芝士,所以拉絲程度真係好高,拉極都唔斷,而外層炸粉都唔算厚,不過因為只用Mozzarella所以芝士味偏淡,但如果中意玩拉絲同過下食炸野既口癮,呢個好抵食,因為$ 38有成6條咁多。龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉 $88上枱好快,意粉都做到少少Al Dente口感,大蝦幾彈牙,蒜味有,但係龍蝦汁就唔算突出,整體中規中矩。安格斯西冷牛扒 $98(8 oz)呢個價錢真係好平,雖然冇寫來源地,但係係咁有情調同埋裝修既西餐廳剧扒,居然可以$100唔洗,我都明白點解呢到咁受歡迎。可惜,呢塊牛扒真係令人有啲失望,冇得揀熟成度,店員話Set左係6-7成熟,不過上枱見到其實得3-4成,比較生,雖然合正我地心意,因為本身都諗住點3成熟,雖然唔厚切,但食落都有肉汁,不過牛扒質素比較差啲,食落有渣比較韌,筋位多但難咬,個汁同煎既方法ok,但可能牛既種類/來源地要換下。芝士食肉獸薄餅 $88呢個又係好抵食,$88以為好細份?點知勁大份,有成8塊!餅底似餅乾形狀,脆度岩岩好,以茄醬做Basic,上面放既肉類有辣肉腸、煙肉、肉碎,最面層就鋪左芝士去焗,整體都OK,美中不足係醬料集中係中間,頭尾兩邊冇塗上醬料得齋包食。總括黎講,食物質素平均值正常,係牛扒比較遜色左啲,其他同價錢成正成,而氣氛環境又幾好,冇限時,同三五知己黎食真係幾唔錯既選擇,服務方面,雖然佢好多人而且全場滿座,我地走時仲已經好多人等緊位,但當你需要侍應既時候都唔會搵唔到人,人手唔算多,但係分配恰當,再加上食物上枱真係好快,性價比幾高,一個回到舊時既晚上。…Read More

不知何時開始,慢煮(Sous Vide)對生活節奏急速的都市人來說,都變成了一種品味享受;對我來說,慢煮不過是側面體現了廚師對食物的尊重,也是對速食文化的一種反響。最近有意無意在openrice隨意搜尋「慢煮」二字,竟有餐廳以此命名,一於去試下。乍看餐牌,看到有BBQ Tray組合選2款main + 1款side + 2款side dish,二話不說點了燒西冷牛肉+燒豬仔骨+卡真薯條+燒粟米件+雜菜及流心蛋。特別喜歡西冷牛肉的薄切,咬起來仍感到肉汁鎖在其中。豬仔骨卻略嫌有點乾身,幸而流心蛋倒做得有水準。「龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉」是另一道誠意之作,麵條煮至Al Dente,大蝦本身鮮味沒有被龍蝦汁搶走,色香味加起來令人食指大動。最後隨意點了杯「羽衣甘藍青蘋果青瓜梨子」的冷榨果汁。還以為因加入了羽衣甘藍而把果汁染成一片藍,沒料到是青蘋果的綠成為果汁主調。味道清甜得黎有少少澀,不過呢種澀尚可接受。聽說用冷榨製作出來營養價值特別高呢。今餐其實嚴格來說不算真正品嚐慢煮食物,但總算稱心滿意,期待下次再來食。…Read More
