回看上一篇潮州人的食評,原來已經過了一年。這一年,我的工作換了,喜歡的偶像換了,喜歡的漫畫完結了,但潮州人依然好食:)潮州人距離我家只有5分鐘路程,近水樓台,經常會光顧。一個人的胃容量有限,通常也只會點招牌花膠撈米,碰巧兩位朋友這天有空聚餐,可以多試幾款潮州人的小食。因為地利優勢,我是第一位到達。星期日下午一點黃金時段,小店仍有很多空位等候朋友期間看到有新品D24榴槤雪糕,還標明是香港製造,當然要支持一下。榴槤雪糕單球$23,雙球$38,和朋友分享雙球更抵,可惜我的朋友不喜歡榴槤 TT.TT榴槤味濃,每一口也吃到一絲絲的榴槤肉,好味3人同行,終於可以多試幾款美食。招牌花膠撈米是必點的,大塊花膠很足料,米粉爽口,非常適合不喜歡夏天吃熱湯麵的我加上撈米良伴辣椒油,惹味又好吃!朋友點的肥牛米,望落材料豐富,朋友說味道很好,牛肉亦不會韌。大蜆真的每隻都大大隻,煮蜆的湯清酒味濃,亦有蜆的鮮味,忍不住飲了好幾啖蜆肉新鮮又入味醉雞翼亦非常入味,每咬一口也有花雕酒味,好吃。溏心蛋有香濃花雕酒味,味道很好,如果蛋黃能再流心一點點會更開心。跟餐$8的凍豆漿,不會太甜,有豆味。跟餐$12的龍眼花旗蔘蜜,朋友說清熱消暑,不錯。總括而言,潮州人的花膠撈米依舊出色,醉系列小食亦有驚喜,值得一試。會繼續支持這家CP值高的小店,下次想試醉雞腎…Read More

雞湯底既米粉好多時都會令人即時聯想到有層層雞油響面,令粉麵更加香口但唔健康既感覺 - 今晚小編所介紹既小店「潮州人」就會令大家有多個雞湯底米粉既好去處。潮州人雖然位於太子,但如果前往既話可以於太子D出口,之後轉左沿彌敦道直行到天橋前既公園仔,再之後轉左沿界限街直行大約3分鐘就會見到間鋪頭喇。基本上潮州人既食物絕大部分都係由雞湯底配合食材而成既米粉,既然咁著重於粉麵類產品就梗係要試試啦! 不過小編一行2人今次以試食為主,所以就選擇左2人餐,下次再有機會試試其他呢! 2人餐 ($168)包括2款米粉﹑火雞腎﹑燙菜﹑以及2支龍眼花旗蔘蜜。見到附近既食客都試招牌花膠米粉,小編都忍唔住叫黎試下,另外朋友就叫左清酒大蜆米粉,睇下雞湯同清酒既製品夾唔夾:1) 招牌花膠米粉:好好味! 花膠本身有少少汁,由於花膠本身都係屬於偏向清淡既食品,所以同雞湯既清新味道非常夾! 雞湯係屬於濃郁而少油既味道;而花膠係屬於軟身個款花膠,整個賣相又健康又夠味,好好食!2) 清酒大蜆米粉:好好味! 大蜆有4隻,未完全浸落米粉前食既話,會食到有少少清酒味,浸左落去雞湯後雖然會令大蜆得返本身既蜆甜味,但雞湯感覺上好似因為清酒而香左。本身大蜆都唔係屬於濃既食品,令到食完後都唔會覺得有任何既油膩感。3) 酒糟火雞腎:好味! 份量非常足夠,本身酒浸既情況應該都有段時間,所以如果鍾意酒既朋友不妨直接夾底部連酒既火雞腎一齊食。火雞腎既味道都幾爽口,所以響清淡既米粉以外獲得刺激感都係好選擇。4) 雞油燙菜:好味! 雖然感覺都係一般既燙菜但份量都算足夠既。5) 龍眼花旗蔘蜜:好好飲! 花旗蔘味都幾濃! 飲落去絕對無糖水既感覺,用黎滋潤既話絕對岩哂!綜觀黎講潮州人既食物都係以健康清淡為主,份量上,尤其米粉係會比較少既,所以男士都會建議加$8將米粉加大,或者叫多個灼海鮮等等既小食試下啦!…Read More

太好了,有二人餐🥰(包二碗米粉+雞油燙菜+龍眼花旗蔘蜜二支)湯底真係無味精,我全部飲晒,回程途中完全沒有口渴👍👍抵讚~招牌花膠米粉:湯底清香而不膩,花膠夠淋,米粉偏幼身,不過,唔會勁快"索"晒d湯,可以留返最後一次過飲d 湯😘清酒大蜆米粉:湯底較清,大蜆無沙☺️酒味唔算太濃~雞油燙菜:今日有娃娃菜,菜唔老,真係有少少雞油香(但絕對唔會好肥膩)配埋d 豉油,我覺得好好味😍龍眼花旗蔘蜜:呢支勁好飲💋🧡💕非常推薦~雖然係花旗蔘,但完全無苦澀味,飲完喉嚨好舒服,正野😚P.S. 店舖乾淨企理,雖然主打湯米粉、潮州食物,但唔會有老土嘅感覺😂😂…Read More
