屋企人生日,今晚嚟到四季酒店嘅龍景軒食晚飯慶祝🥰餐廳六點開始晚飯時段,未夠鐘就唔入得。門外有座位同餐牌俾客人可以睇住等候。🍽️前菜點餐後,餐廳會向每位客人提供一份歡迎前菜。唔需要另外收費嘅。前菜款式應該每日都唔同。🦆北京片皮烤鴨(二食)$1380片皮鴨係呢度嘅招牌菜,如果想食需要提早預訂。片皮鴨上菜時,侍應會俾客人睇咗完整嘅鴨先,之後再攞去餐枱旁邊嘅附屬小桌片皮。客人可全程睇住片皮嘅過程。片皮後,待應會兩件兩件片皮鴨連包皮咁上好碟比每位客人。包皮未上菜嗰陣,都會有專用小爐保持溫度。至於醬汁、青瓜、蔥絲就會放喺餐桌轉盤,客人自行取用。片皮鴨嘅味道好好👍🏻肉質好之餘好有鴨油香。包皮都有鴨油香,煙煙韌韌咁,正👍🏻🥬生菜包鴨鬆 (北京片皮烤鴨二食選擇之一)片皮鴨係二食嘅,用餐當日可選擇第二食嘅項目,選擇有生菜包鴨鬆、鴨鬆炒飯、鴨鬆炒麵。今次就試咗生菜包鴨鬆。同之前片皮鴨一樣,上菜會兩件兩件咁俾。片皮鴨二食共$1380,性價比都好高,推介👍🏻👍🏻🍤蝦籽薑蔥炒蝦球 $520蝦籽薑蔥炒蝦球有八個蝦球,碟邊有蝦籽作裝飾。蝦球爽口彈牙,薑蔥蝦籽亦都提升咗蝦嘅鮮味。好味😋呢度菜待應就唔會分餸嘅,就放喺轉盤度俾客人自己夾。🥢香酥七味炸鱔球 $590炸鱔球都係有八個,伴有炸紫蘇葉。鱔球炸得脆又唔會油膩,配埋炸紫蘇葉味道鹹香,唔錯👍🏻🦞🍚龍景軒炒飯 $480龍景軒炒飯都係呢度嘅招牌菜,係龍蝦肉炒飯嚟嘅。成碟上菜後,侍應會按人數分成小碗俾客人。炒飯粒粒分明,唔會油膩,味道都唔錯👍🏻可惜食到呢度菜我已經好飽,冇食哂😅🍑迷你壽桃包 $120因為係慶生晚飯,所以訂咗壽桃包。壽桃包同片皮鴨一樣,都係要提前預訂嘅。特別之處係,壽桃包係三個一份咁訂嘅,有蓮蓉同麻蓉兩款味道。今次我哋訂咗三個蓮蓉三個麻蓉,共$120。壽桃包賣相一般般,味道都麻麻哋,包皮偏硬,有啲失望😞🍴甜品同前菜一樣,餐廳會向每位客人提供一份甜品,唔需要另外收費嘅,款式亦都應該每日唔同。今日係芝麻曲奇同馬豆糕,味道都唔錯😁💵價錢方面,茶錢每人$50,加埋以上食物、加一後共$3619,四個人食人均$904.75。呢個質素,都算超值。🏙️環境方面,龍景軒窗向維港海景,景觀唔錯👍🏻食晚餐可以一次過欣賞維港由日到夜嘅景色👍🏻如果想坐窗口位嘅話,建議至少早兩至三個月電話訂位,致電時講明想要窗口位。餐廳內部佈置就好一般,樓底都低。👤服務方面,四季嘅服務真係一流👍🏻由打電話訂座起,已經享受到細心用心嘅服務。電話訂座後,再打電話去職員會記得客人嘅稱呼、訂座日期時間。入座後,服務態度由始至終都禮貌親切,又唔會過份。飯後離座時,附近全部服務員都會同你講道別道謝。呢個服務態度,會令人覺得今餐係超值😍…Read More

參考alfred 及 阿俊的頻道後,選了上榜米芝蓮三星多年的龍景軒慶生。致電預約獲知爆滿,好加在成功後補令小妹有一個三星生日午餐眼看還沒有到預定時間,我們先去四季酒店大堂樓層的Pop up Pastry Shop 訂購班蘭咖吔葡式蛋撻及草莓芝士蛋糕,留待飯後拎回家吃 落單時才知道龍太子蒸餃因原材料來貨達不到廚師要求而暫停供應。從這點看出廚師對食材的嚴謹,不期然令我更期待了。 茗茶每位$48 普洱茶太平凡(可能我對三星的要求高了)前菜 葡汁帶子露筍餃平平淡淡蝦餃不吃不可……晶瑩的薄皮温柔地包裹着湯汁_'出鮮美的協奏曲。燒賣較平凡小籠包……吃就對了皇湯雞絲脆春卷,鄰桌客人反映餡料咬不開,侍應生馬上跟進,我反而覺得春捲皮包得厚了。崧子叉燒包比添好運的叉燒包size細,但皮薄餡靚龍帶玉梨香是又鹹又甜的組合,好吃與否真的見仁見智。椒鹽田雞腿,一口咬下即爆汁,好吃龍景軒炒飯十分出色,香噴噴的炒飯令我想吃掉一碗,不過要留肚吃甜品所以吃了半碗。鮑魚雞粒酥必吃,友人說鮑魚有鮑魚味,他給超五星評價。甜品叫了一客楊枝金露,上層楊枝金露下層是布丁,也蠻好吃。甜茶是西洋菜煲蜜棗,贈送的小食及壽桃也不錯。整體用餐及食物不錯,普洱菜及素XO醬很平凡,下次會再次光顧…Read More

以前已經試過龍景軒的晚飯由於太難約了所以早半個月前已一早約定來到這天星期二的下午都差不多滿座點菜時間先點了兩款心點先是這款忘記了甚麼名堂但都還算好吃的中菜當然不少得我至愛燒賣但這裡燒賣味道比較普通沒太大吃後感老火湯就是有火腿..遼蔘味道清清而且足料燒鵝肉質很好蟹蓋其實在外面都試過很多間但這裡的水準比較好外皮不會太硬..吃魚皮膚好當然也不少得叫一條魚吧雖然我們只得兩個人..所以就點了條比較細條的蘇眉肉質很好..讚而這個名堂就好像是川醬腩肉這味道就差了一點龍景軒炒飯讚。讚。讚不過可能我喜歡吃辣所以如果加辣椒醬會更好最後當然亦不可少官燕平時其他餐廳你點椰汁/杏汁/冰糖他們只會給你一種但這個會一次過給你三種任由自己配搭這方法也很好最後要讚的是餐廳這個杞籽糕清香的味道又不會太甜…Read More

米其林3星中菜。環境優雅,服務不錯。食物偶有佳作,釀蟹蓋值得一試。其他不過不失, 性價比偏低。Michelin 3 star Chinese restaurant;Good service, Elegant decor;Very good stuffed crab.Nice View.Value for money? Dragon's viewther than the need to fork out a few Ks, I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the only Michelin 3 star Chinese restaurant. I was doing my research on OR before going there with my wife and sister-in-law. Most of the reviews here focused on their dim sum lunches - which kind of worries me because we were about to go there for dinner.The entrance wasn't as intimidating as I had imagined. It was quite unassuming in fact. The place seemed to be smaller than T'ang Court or Lei Garden, for example. But the ceiling was reasonably high and the tables were spaced pretty far apart from each other.Anyway, we were quite lucky to get a table next to the window with a lovely view.After we orderd tea, we were also served with some homemade XO sauce, chili sauce and a dark coloured sauce which tasted like black truffels mixed with olive oil and some preserved vegetables.These were what we had that night:Complimentary Appetizer - Typhoon Shelter Eggplant and Marinated Eggplant: Not really different from what you get at most Chinese restaurants that serve "typhoon shelter" cuisines except that it tasted quite bland. I'm not entirely sure whether it's a good idea to use oily battered eggplant as an appetizer in the first place. The marinated eggplant (beneath the fried one) was not bad though, a piece of cold eggplant marinated in what seemed to be light soy sauce.  Stuffed Crab Shell:Apparently a signature dish of Lung King Heen (lit. "Dragon View"). This was excellent. Instead of using "Portuguese Sauce" and mixed with pork meat for example, this was simply a crab shell packed with a lot of fresh and tasty crab meat. The layer of breadcrumbs covering the crab meat was light, crunchy but not oily at all. Recommended.    Battered Pork belly with pancakes: The texture of the batter tasted very much like the typhoon shelter eggplant or the battered sausages you buy from tuck shops in high schools. (Well, at least those sold in my high school). The batter was supposedly made of "Nam Yue" (fermented tofu) but I could hardly taste it. The timing of the pork belly was good. The meat was almost half fat and half lean so some may find it too fattening. The pancakes were not bad but overall I thought there wasn't much chemistry between the components. I felt this was overpriced.  :( Black truffel with mixed mushrooms and fungi: The waiter drew our attention to a black truffel based menu recently introduced at Lung King Heen. The name seemed interesting. I somehow thought it was some sort of vegetable hotch-potch with black truffels. However, this was essentially a vegetarian version of the stuffed crab shell. It had some finely chopped vegetables, a lot of mushrooms which included black truffel. Pretty good but pricey. (It was about $2XX per piece.)  Seasonal Vegetables in Fish Broth: We wanted some green and this was recommended to us. Just a small pot of pak choi in a fish broth. This was nothing special. The veggies were fresh. However, the fish broth wasn't bursting with aroma and flavour - it was pretty average. Most Maxim run Chinese restaurants could do this. I was expecting a lot more from Lung King Heen. I was pretty disappointed with this. Lung King Heen Fried Rice:Luckily, this last dish was good. Packed with lobsters and crab meat. Very flavourful with chopped spring onions. The rice were seperated from each other  - which is what a good fried rice should be like.Recommended.  Mango and pomelo sweet soup:This famous Hong Kong Chinese dessert was very good. The sweet mango taste mixed very well with the tangy pomelo. Easily one of the best Mango & Pomelo sweet soup around town.To conclude:No complaints about the service other than the fact that they took away my beer before I've finished it - which could have caused a pub fight in some places. Before the bill came some complimentary "sweeteners":About HK$4,500 including service and a bottle of red (HK$1,300)...Remind me to buy the new version of Michelin so I'll know which restaurants to avoid. (J/k) Alright, to be fair, the stuffed crab shell was very good. The other dishes were just average though and not worth the price they're charging. 友人N 的友人 J 和 D 從星加坡來香港遊玩,他們早已是識途老馬,對吃也有著相當研究。結果這天就來了龍景軒吃午飯,聞說友人四月中就已在這裏訂位 (我們的午飯是八月耶!),所以我們這天就坐在 window seat,景色非常漂亮!又,這頓午飯是 N 的友人沒空,我才有機會攝位,哈哈!點心的選擇不太多,就要了餐牌上的總廚推介,這個南乳酥皮焗叉燒包,即叫即焗,上桌的時候香氣非常吸引,即使擱了好幾分鐘才吃,入面的餡料還是熱得不得了!包的外層甚薄,叉燒切得大顆,口感出色,叉燒醬的香甜,跟包面的南乳很相配,讓味道都豐富起來!咳,這個餃,我忘了甚麼名字…囧 只記得有花生/素雞/蝦米一類,由外皮到餡料,都很像粉果,而我又生來不大喜歡吃粉果…話雖如此,這餃的外皮爽彈,餡料也爽脆,是相對清新的一道啦。黑松露鱸魚米紙卷,平常吃的米紙卷大多是米白色,這裏用上黃色也就可見店家的心思。米紙卷的外層鬆脆,雖然還帶著少許油,但入面鱸魚肉質結實,味道也鮮,好吃。鮑魚雞粒酥,也是這裏的名物,而吃後就真覺得是名不虛傳!即焗的餅底充滿著牛油香,弄得不太厚,卻也吃得出細膩鬆化口感,面頭的鮑魚燜得軟滑入味,預先界開三分可見店家的細心,也讓人吃得方便一點;沒上鏡的雞粒成了配角,不過肉質結實,沒欺場,三者加起來一起吃,口感味道都非常相配!金箔海味餃,每位用一隻小的蒸籠上桌,加上餃上的一小片金箔,賣相精緻,但老實說味道不及賣相好,海味的味道相對單調,吃得出的有冬菇和魚肚,餃皮煙韌,也許最花功夫的地方,就是把餃皮分別地染上綠色和橙色的工序?脆皮乳豬件,乳豬的外皮酥脆,而且底下的肉味香濃,本身已是無得輸,店家這裏的做法跟新斗記一樣,也是皮肉分離,不過跟新斗記不同,這裏在皮和肉中間,多了一塊薄薄的餅皮,感覺有點像吃片皮鴨,口感更加豐富,很有心思的配搭。龍帶玉梨香,又是非常精彩的一道!啤梨上墊著一層薄薄的蝦膠,再鋪上一層帶子然後去炸,外層脆而不油,炸功非常不錯,啤梨受熱後清香味美,帶子也吃得出鮮甜,配上少許檸檬汁和鹽更能提鮮,雖然是炸物但全不覺油膩,也難怪成為招牌菜!吃到這裏已是九成半飽,最後還有這龍景軒炒飯,把店名也押上去自然是店家的信心保證,飯炒得粒粒分明,爽身又有鑊氣,中間的配料是蟹肉和龍蝦肉,也沒可能不好吃吧?結果也是把這碗飯吃光光!我和友人 N 下午還要上班,結果來不及吃甜品,聽 J 和 D 說甜品是楊枝甘露,還有桂花糕&芝麻曲奇,聽上去很吸引啊!作為一家五星級酒店的中菜廳,服務也自然是一流的好,看見客人帶著手袋,會另備一張小桌讓客人放;上菜的時候每道菜也會簡介一下 (還要是兩文三語耶!);換碟添茶的次數/時間也很恰當,買單約 $2,000,吃得非常滿足而愉快的一頓。…Read More

呢餐飯, 一個月前已急不及待訂位點知女友臨時上海公幹, 佢冇得試4連三星的中菜廳的實力不過受惠ge係喺澳洲放暑假ge表弟, 做表哥當然想請佢食野la, 係澳洲冇啖美食我同表弟早到, 侍者已立即問我喝什麼茶(每位25元), 聽完佢講之後, 想試龍井, 唔想飲普洱咁濃ge茶訓唔到淡淡的茶香, 水很滾, 喝一口, 滑進喉嚨深處, 舒服, 跟陸羽不相伯仲點菜, 是我壽星仔發辦, 不過是遵照了各食家的推荐, 一定沒死主菜前還是有每一道免費前菜花枝丸很爽, 彈牙, 墊底的那塊東西十分脆口, 像剛剛炸好一般, 新鮮醬油碟精緻得很, 每款醬油都有小匙, 西餐的sophisticated, 但味道並不強烈, 加上我也不喜愛食餸蘸醬油呢個名成日都唔識點讀, 加上各食家指定菜式, 一定要試, 龍=蝦, 帶=帶子, 玉梨=啤梨, 食落真係香、脆、爽、鮮、密梨香, 面脆, 蝦膠爽, 帶子鮮, 口感綿密! 果然係名菜 (180元)鴿腿肉較多, 肉質鮮嫩, 但兩老嫌冇肉食, 太細隻 (100元一隻)呢個煲聽個名冇諗到佢會有鮑魚, 同埋佢將魚肚擺上菜名上, 有其原因, 因為魚肚當真奪得該菜的最佳位置! 咬落去, 牙齒咬幾深, 就幾深, 唔會kick住(即太鞋口), 唔會跣(太薄, 冇口感), 感覺就係咁實在, 雖然看到不是高級魚肚, 但蘸左鮑汁茨, d汁係口腔內流動, 鮮濃, 不禁用匙喺個煲度整一羹, 擺入口再次品嚐! (600元)汁濃肉軟滑, 但厚切, 不會入口即溶, 好讓你慢慢感受和牛面的香味 (300元)第一次食到個炒飯, 米飯唔爛, 分開的來唔硬, 很鬆, 但不是散的, 很難形容, 總之係第一次咁正, 香氣撲鼻, 配料是啥重要嗎 飯就是主角!!!!! (260元)由於本人生辰關係, 少不了自攜蛋糕跟侍者飯前說好飯後吃蛋糕後, 飯後就立刻送上點好蠟燭的蛋糕, 為本人說聲生日快樂,送上祝福, 雖則這是機械式的動作, 但也被感動, 誠懇地跟他們說謝謝, 吹完蠟燭, 他們也隨即為我們切餅, 也毫不偏差地, 自動送上有字牌的一件蛋糕給我, 味道呢........還是tony wong適合香港人, 朱古力太甜了, 太膩, 但咖啡味濃, 不錯, 餅底很脆, 新鮮, 才不致太失望 (288元)除了一句生日快樂外, 還有點實際回應吧, 就是餽贈一籠壽包, 侍者送來道 "意頭嘛" 但我仍覺得這是一份心意, 大可以不送, 大可以收到切餅費, 還有, 壽包的擺法是充滿"意識形態"的.............尖向天的是傳統白蓮蓉, 橫放的是麻蓉, 淡淡的蛋黃混入其中, 個人較喜愛麻蓉餡, 不是黑芝麻, 太濃烈, 白芝麻的香令人覺得蓮蓉不會太膩....但有些包身有點硬......有點厚.....美中不足桂花清香, 但咬下去有明顯魚膠粉味, 還是那個酥夠香脆鬆化看圖會發明每道菜的件數是每人可平均分的, 這個細節他們也能做到, 令我感到欣喜, 侍者殷勤, 不疾不徐, 帶點笑容為我們奉茶上菜, 真是其他地方不能遇見的, 加上醉人的維港景色, 教人難忘的一頓晚飯!…Read More

適逢聖誕佳節,又得知XO仔未有機會食過米芝蓮三星既餐廳,Auntie二話不說就帶左我去見識見識,真係口福不淺哦。環境衛生:(米芝蓮之第一粒星)六星級酒店內既餐廳樓面勁高,地方寬敞闊落,枱同枱間又夠空位,所以一D都唔迫,又唔會太嘈。燈光柔和,帶份高雅既情調,可能因為冇左平時中菜既強烈油煙味,感覺好似入左間高級西餐廳咁。雪白既餐巾同枱布,加上潔亮既餐具,令有潔癖既auntie都食得好安心。:)服務:(米芝蓮之第二粒星既頭半粒)1) 一坐低就有條熱毛巾暖吓手,冬天時分最舒服不過。2) Auntie點嗰樽酒,餐廳本身缺貨,不過經理反應好快,話只要比佢十五分鐘既時間,佢就可以特別安排倒,果真冇食言。感動!3) 面帶笑容既經理,態度友善,令小弟見識到乜野叫專業既溝通技巧:除左同各類客人都可以有講有笑,寫餸時提供客觀既意見,上菜時亦詳細地解說食材同烹調方法;見倒我好勤力地寫筆記,更好有耐性地講D餸名比我抄添。4) 被扣一分既原因:茶水唔係擺放喺枱上,而係分開放;所以如果哥哥仔唔加比我地,我地就會好口乾。加酒加茶速度唔夠密,所以我地既茶杯同酒杯好多時都係吉既。味道:(米芝蓮之第三粒星)廚師好講究食物既presentation,個人覺得好有法國餐既影子,唔怪得知會冧倒法藉既米芝蓮啦。(米芝蓮之第二粒星既尾半粒) 香麻素生根:餐廳為慶祝聖誕節而送比客人既特別冷盤。爽口既生根,簡單輕巧,加上淡薄既芡汁,食得健康。 龍帶玉梨香:$20/隻;一款好有層次,而又配搭新穎既菜式。淨係材料都唔簡單:底層既啤梨,配上層既帶子,夾住中層既蝦膠,再以金華火腿於頂部點綴。功夫都唔弱架:蝦膠係即日用新鮮蝦打製,好彈牙滑身;火口控制得恰到好處,所以整體可以炸到香口得黎一滴油都冇,而且帶子重好嫩。啤梨既味道好清新,蝦膠同帶子就好鮮甜,金華火腿既微咸令成件龍帶玉梨香非常野味。隨餸附上檸檬汁同華鹽比大家加以調味,但個人覺得原汁原味更顯特色。龍景軒之特色推介一!媽媽當晚講左句好有意思既說話:"新鮮既海鮮理應鮮甜,所以烹調或進食時無需多餘既調味;點汁液既作用其實係遮蓋一D唔新鮮食材所發出既腥味或異味。" 椒鹽田雞腿:$300;依味餸大家要襯熱食,因為好快涷。層炸粉夠薄,所以好香脆。田雞腿底既炸魚仔薄到好似食緊魚味薯片咁,Chinese Kongfu真係犀利!功夫田雞腿推介二!爸爸唔講,冇乜常識既XO真係唔知,原來田雞腿既肌肉同肌肉間藏有好多tapeworm(寄生蟲),所以一定要煮到熟先好食,唔係就會有機會食到生蟲。炒田雞腿係最危險既,因為好多時會炒得唔夠熟;椒鹽田雞腿就冇問題,因為要經滾油炸過。 鮑汁扣鴨肝:$150/隻;鴨肝係蒸既,厚厚既一片好滑溜,而且唔會滯住個胃,感覺好似比鵝肝健康。用甜甜既鮑汁襯托鴨肝,再加幾條鮮橙皮絲(唔係陳皮)喺面,中式得黎帶有法國味。招牌菜之推介三! 羊肚菌日本青尖椒和牛粒:$1,230;和牛粒既大細切得好適中,最精彩既係師傅既炒功,時間火口都掌握得好好,牛肉每粒都保持四成熟,軟軟地溶喺口!拌碟既羊肚菌好甜,我地唔洗五分鐘就清哂成隻碟。 臘味蓮藕餅:$240;又一款可以表現出師傅廚功既一味!新鮮滾熱辣炸出黎,蓮藕餅雖然比薯片厚,不過係我食過之中最薄既,而且一D都唔油膩,香脆無比;細細粒既蓮藕好甜,餅內既肉碎就帶點微辣,造得好出色!拍爛手掌之推介四! 清炒菜心:$180;清炒真係清炒,並冇多餘既油或芡汁,絕對健康。菜心好甜;餐廳真係捨得,睇相都見倒每條都揀得好深好心,簡直係菜心既心臟地帶呀。好心健康推介五! 龍景軒炒飯:$330;炒得好有鑊氣又夠乾身,配料中既海鮮新鮮爽甜,非常香口,所以小弟食埋媽咪嗰碗。鑊氣推介六! 桂花糕:送;清甜香滑,正呀! 椰汁馬豆糕 + 馬仔:送;馬仔夠鬆化,爸爸好欣賞。椰汁馬豆糕都好清,不過XO仔都係比較喜歡清純D既桂花糕。 核桃酥:送;上枱時重以為甜品就係好大粒既核桃,咬落先知每粒都係好鬆化而又唔會過甜既核桃酥,真係好有驚喜呀!:)抵食:茶:每位$20;酒:共$4,280;食物:$2,970唔包酒,但連加一,每位大概HK$550;食物當中包括和牛,餐廳重要係喺六星級酒店入面,平心言論真係算幾低。:)後記:1) 以上米芝蓮之三星分析純粹小弟之愚見也。2) 食好野時可以見識倒精湛既廚藝,學倒咁多野,依頓米芝蓮三星宴真係可以話係大開眼界,獲益良多呀!…Read More

這天一家來到全港唯一的米芝蓮三星中菜餐廳-龍景軒。拿得到三星,食物質素、服務水準等都必然有所保證,我們當然熱切期待。 鮑魚雞粒酥 (Grade: 3.5/5)沒有吃過龍景軒的鮑魚雞粒酥,就等於沒有來過龍景軒。原隻鮑魚煮得入味,熱辣辣的鮑汁慢慢滲透下層的雞粒內,再配上鬆脆的撻,非常精彩。 龍太子蒸餃 (Grade: 3/5)另一道龍景軒的「獨門暗器」是龍太子蒸餃。龍太子餃用了矜貴的龍蝦肉和帶子做餡,再加上一層薄薄的菠菜皮,裝潢和氣派的確不凡,但味道就不見得出色。 腐乳黑豚酥 (Grade: 4/5)香口的食物人人都喜愛,這道腐乳黑豚酥,用腐乳醃過黑豚沾粉後放落鑊炸,食的時候好似包片皮鴨一樣,用薄餅包住黑豚來一起吃,入口非常鬆化,完全不覺油膩,腐乳味又不算太濃,不會蓋過黑豚肉的味道。 龍蝦腸粉 (Grade: 2.5/5) 跟普通的鮮蝦腸粉沒有大分別,不值一提。 甜薯煎堆仔 (Grade: 3.5/5)煎堆仔一般會採用味道比較濃的餡料,但這裏選擇了較清淡的甜薯,效果確實出人意料的好,完全不覺溜。 乾炒牛肉水晶粉 (Grade: 3/5)在五星級酒店,粗鄙的干炒牛河當然放不倒上枱,但廚師加些少心思,將它搖身一變變成這道乾炒牛肉水晶粉。炒水晶粉配合龍景軒自家製的XO醬,味道不算太辛辣又不油滯。 龍景軒炒飯 (Grade: 2.5/5)以為龍景軒的招牌炒飯,會有意外的驚喜,誰不知只是一個普通的海鮮炒飯而已。除了欠缺些鑊氣之外,連配料都有點不足,枉稱為招牌炒飯。 總括而言訂座時特別要求了窗口位置但最終安排不到,有點兒失望。倘若沒有維港景色和四季酒店的牌頭,你會問這裡跟同樣被米芝蓮推介的明閣和利苑有甚麽分別? 為甚麽它們得不到三星呢? 答案是沒有分別,恐怕只是老外不懂得品嚐中菜。…Read More
