To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾晚要到荷里活戲院看無聲絕境優先境,有見差不多每次外出進餐都是多肉少菜,所以這天就走遠一點,來到黃大仙的健康齋廚吃一頓素食晚餐。內裡面積寬敞,裝修簡樸,燈火光猛。二人餐有湯、小菜、白飯,也只不過是$138,不收加一茶芥,價錢大眾化。齋滷味 $35齋滷味可說是素食中較為重口味,不過我自小就特別喜歡齋滷味,貪其酸酸甜甜夠開胃,差不多每次到中式素菜館都必定會點。有時在街上買齋滷味都是硬繃繃的很死實,很明顯是擱太久不新鮮,這裡的齋滷味一碟就有齊酸齋、豉油齋、咖哩齋、素鵝、齋叉燒及齋鴨腎幾款口味,調味雖然略為偏淡,不過口感軟嫩煙韌有咬口。粟米豆腐羹想不到跟餐的湯羹份量超多,差不多是四碗的份量。配料豐富,內有粟米、豆腐、竹笙、蔬菜,湯頭厚身晶瑩,而且調味比較輕手,反而更能突出粟米本身的甘甜味。腰果菇丁腰果配上翠玉瓜、西芹、冬菇、紅蘿蔔、素肉等,食材配搭色彩繽紛,提起食慾。腰果大顆飽滿,保留香脆口感,只是加了少許鹽調味,一點也不油膩。素鴨粉絲雜菜煲加$10就可將小菜轉煲,雜菜亦包含了多款蔬菜款式,例如豆苗、西蘭花、椰菜花、菜心、生菜等等,即使少油少鹽,不過吃起來毫不低調乏味,還可吸收大量膳食纖維。湯頭沒有浮油,融入了蔬菜與南乳香氣,拌上口感QQ的粉絲,清爽無負擔。二人餐包括兩碗大大碗的白飯,所以這餐真是吃得超飽足。另外點了兩支豆漿 $8。…Read More

朋友早前說過想吃齋,我自己都非常喜歡食齋鹵味的,為了方便大家便相約九龍區,找上了這家健康齋廚。地點算易找,看看地圖好快找到了,鋪面很大,比過往吃過的齋鋪位大兩倍以上,環境光猛,樓面非常乾淨衛生,我們7時便到達,客人不算多,上菜速度亦很快。我們點了二人餐($138),可選一個湯品、兩個小菜(轉煲加$10)、兩大碗白飯;另外加一碟細的齋滷味。朋友一到埗已不斷說很口渴,看到有菊花茶隨即要了一支($15),幫她消暑解渴!一、粟米豆腐羮挺大碗,有豆腐、粟米、疑似油炸鬼的麵筋,材料多,味道清清地,最好不覺鹹而有粟米甜,喜歡的可加胡椒粉二、魚香茄子煲熱辣辣滾著上枱,滿滿的茄子,煮得很腍而且只是微微的辣,同樣只是少少鹹,標榜健康,不錯!三、豉汁素鰻魚煲用紫菜卷著腐皮卷模仿鰻魚,裡面還有燈籠椒和菜心,本身就喜歡紫菜,所以都很喜歡這個煲!四、自家製齋滷味(細 $35)齋之中我最愛就是齋滷味,這裡出品好好食,拼盤有7款,特別喜歡齋叉燒和麵筋,而且夠「凍」,因我不太喜歡不冷不熱的,而且細份都很多呢!我倆點的二人餐已經太豐富了,未能完全吃光兩個煲仔菜,真的太超值,不會過鹹又不油膩,飽到頂住個肚走,有機會一定會再來!…Read More
