行開尖沙咀，上左去炊公館食個中式點心下午茶。上到餐廳都差不多四點，一眼望去都有唔少食客，大家都是兩人一檯。待應說要快D落單，因為四點半截單啦。我好快就叫左個下午茶點心拼盤，再加個五香煙燻素鵝。落單後等食，不久待應拿著一個中式提藍放到檯上，打開蓋，原來裏面有兩層，第一層是蒸籠，內有蝦餃、黑松露餃同埋燒賣各兩粒，拿開蒸籠下面又有三款點心，竽角、菠蘿叉燒焗餐包、原隻鮑魚酥，都係各有兩件。蝦餃蝦肉滿滿，皮唔係很薄，但味道好好。燒賣大大粒，面頭放左蟹籽，豬肉也爽口，黑松露餃就有好香的黑松露味，三款點心都熱熱的，即叫即蒸。竽頭外皮炸得好鬆化，竽蓉多多又有Ｄ肉碎，好食。菠蘿叉燒焗餐包裏面醬汁多，叉燒好味，包面個層酥皮一咬即化，夠曬鬆。原隻鮑魚酥，重點係鮑魚，原隻入口，超彈牙，撻底也好鬆化。總括來說，三款都有鬆化的部份，全都做得唔錯。五香煙燻素鵝唔同京式素鵝，唔用油炸，用煙燻把腐皮入味，腐皮裏面有好多菇，口感清爽。今日陽光普照，望住海景嘆番個中式點心下午茶真係好寫意。…Read More

自從疫情以來，日日留在家中🥱但總有一點點東西要令自己開心一吓，如食一個滿意嘅下午茶☕😄（時間3:30～5:00）。呢間炊公館嘅中式下午茶，朋友已推介多次，但今日終於嚟一試係咪咁好食先😝。一向喜歡飲茶食點心🥟嘅我，難得假期出尖沙咀買嘢，而順便試吓佢呢個☕set先。雖然好多食評已講過多次點好食，而我都認為點心係好有水準👍，每樣點心都好好味😋。最值得讚好就係佢唔會因做7折特價而將貨就價，食材好新鮮但美中不足係出自佢啲茶☕到，叫咗“鐵觀音”但好老實講啲茶🍃質素真係要提升啦🤔，因為完全無茶嘅香味🙄（有點意料之外）。點心同茶係一對，若其中一樣不足都對整體有影響🤨。整體嚟講對食物同服務都滿意，希望下次再嚟食嘢時會有意外驚喜啦🤩！反而想試吓以下4人午市套餐，好似好正咁。睇住靚景加上美味點心🥟令人差點忘記咗疫情😷，雖然人數唔多但都要快快🏃‍♀️回家🏠減少人多聚集，希望疫情早日過去一切回復正常，大家可周圍去食嘢😄。…Read More
