這邊廂剛與饗客好友在銅鑼灣吃完鐵板燒,另一邊廂又有好友剛在深水埗附近放工來約我食宵夜,很快在我腦中閃出一個名字--好燒式的太子店;走在在通往地鐵站的路上回覆好友,好友聽了後再經Openrice大神查看,覺得相當不錯,於是就選擇此食店;從太子地站出來,大概走了6分鐘的路程,就來到餐廳門前,而好友很早已到了,見我來到就一齊入座;周圍佈置著聖誕節的貼飾,配合高樓底及明亮的燈光,當可營造出簡潔的節日氣氛!依舊是熟悉的點菜紙,我就談及,這裡尤以燒物類及意粉類有穩定的質素,好友索性交由我來點選食物,於是很快就落單了;有西餐廳質素的意粉類之中,個人認為黑松露野菌雞肉意粉的香氣最濃,如喜好黑松露的獨特味道,基本上這是必點之選;特別選用的扁意粉,其質感煮到爽滑得來帶點煙韌,可堪細嚼一番!而黑松露的濃郁氣息,滲進了白汁之中,而白汁添加了扁意粉的味道及帶來軟化的作用;啖味起來,細嫩的雞肉,柔滑的菌類,小麥味加上忌廉汁味及黑松露香氣,揉合得甚有層次!鴨胸串的油脂滋潤了鴨胸肉,咬起來肉汁豐富,質地非常嫩滑,加上適中的煙燻香氣,燒物類的一個典範!初次在此店嚐味的秋刀魚,反而頗有驚喜,肉質細嫩中鮮味也非常突出,魚肚位兼帶有甘味,可知道選用的食材的質素!另外,燒鱔也燒得很入味,絲絲煙燻氣息加上鱔肉的本味,帶來豐富的味道,加上魚油的滋潤,品嚐起來甜滑可口!此店除了肉類之外,很多燒蔬菜類也很出色,尤 其是虎皮尖椒,泰國露筍及翠玉瓜;虎皮尖椒的青椒氣息透著適中的辣度,爽脆的質地令人吃得很享受!泰國露筍有著更爽脆的質地,而且是筍尖位為主,吃起來更清甜更幼嫩;翠玉瓜有著豐富的水份,加上孜然粉的野性味道,鹹甜得宜,更添肉慾感!一頓燒物為主的宵夜,在舒適的環境中享用,滿足了好友的味覺與飽肚感,令人讚賞!…Read More

今天工作上收到一個好消息!為了和朋友一起慶祝,便相約一起吃晚飯。突然記得在太子有一間名為好燒式的串燒店,每次經過都大排長龍所以今天決定去一試究竟。由於老闆知道我們是第一次來,便介紹我們吃幾款食物,包括串燒豆腐,翠玉瓜以及墨西哥薄餅芝士雞肉。兩個大男人當然吃這些不夠,所以我們亦點了其他串燒,想不到味道比意料中好,而且是10分好!!這個是串燒豆腐及泰國蘆筍,先說說串燒豆腐。串燒豆腐雖然外表看起來有點乾,但是竟然想不到裏面10分軟身,水份充足!是名副其實的外脆內軟外面吃的豆腐也是很乾,變成豆乾但這個確實真的很意外泰國蘆筍亦十分清新,火候掌握得十分好。翠玉瓜亦是驚艷之作,同行朋友平時不吃翠玉瓜也覺得這個翠玉瓜水份充足吃下去亦不覺像串燒。吃串燒最怕是食物乾身而且很硬。但這裏的串燒卻沒有這兩個拒人千里之外的因素墨西哥薄餅芝士雞肉是一個在外面比較少看的菜色,類似墨西哥卷餅。雖然看起來份量好像比較少但是裏面材料豐富,薄餅很厚實。很適合大家當作半個主食來試這裏也有串燒店上見到的茄子外,在這裏想重點推介他們的安格斯牛肋串及鹽燒牛舌串。我們每人最後加單時額外再叫了兩串,便知道有多好。牛舌和牛肋串調味適中,一試便知道用了新鮮,並沒有雪藏味,肉味濃厚!大家來這裏是必試的菜式。有好消息,有好食物,有好朋友,此生足矣。…Read More
