坐車時常經過彌敦道都會見到鋿晶館,每次都係坐滿了人,今日中午過來大約等了10分鐘,目的是為了試試即叫即蒸的點心和原盅燉湯。花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯$82,材料十足兼且味道夠濃,大約半盅都是豬肉和花膠螺頭 淮山杞子,滋補養顏之選。飲茶必食嘅傳統點心一定就係蝦餃燒賣,點了黑松露北菇燒賣皇(2粒)$20和月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃(2粒)$22,可視乎人數而選擇4粒或2粒,比較有彈性,蝦餃 燒賣質量都唔錯,尤其蝦餃更加係皮薄餡靚。雪山叉燒包$36,招牌菜式之一, 外皮鬆脆,餡料甜甜地,打卡都唔錯。煎釀虎皮尖椒$39,每碟有四件,微辣🌶鳳爪排骨蒸金鳳飯$38,採用了較為短身的瓷盅盛載,所以飯的份量不是太多,排骨肥瘦適中。椒鹽豆腐$52,香口惹味,略嫌外皮 未夠鬆脆。香麻炸煎堆$30,充滿芝麻香,沒有油膩感。大良薑汁雙皮奶$26,幾滑幾香,薑汁味再濃一些就更好味。鐵觀音每壺$30,閒日(假期除外)全日免收加一服務費。…Read More

之前下午茶食過呢間喺彌敦道726號地鋪嘅“鋿晶館”覺得佢啲點心唔錯,因為餐廳係自家製品牌,有好多手作點心,樣樣都現場即點即做,而且環境又寬敞,所以今次就同朋友黎食晚飯傾下計今次除咗叫咗少少點心同小食,亦都試埋佢啲小菜🌟姬松茸雪耳燉雞湯 $46先叫個燉湯飲下,足料又夠熱,雞湯清甜而唔油🌟煎釀茄子 $36釀得幾好,茄子同鯪魚肉唔會散開,魚肉幾厚,亦好彈牙🌟黑松露北菇燒賣皇(2粒) $18呢款燒賣有4粒同2粒可以order,幾方便人少黎食都可以試多啲唔同野,而燒賣好大粒,每粒都有唔止一隻蝦,面頭仲有少量黑松露,所以食落特別香🌟椒鹽魷魚鬚 $118魷魚鬚炸得啱啱好,外面唔會炸到過咗火候,而魷魚仲保持到少淋得黎彈牙,椒鹽味都好夠🌟椒鹽一口豆腐坊 $88比想像中大碟,豆腐連埋少少黑芝麻炸,又滑又香,入口即溶🌟上湯生菜鯪魚球煲 $128呢個煲有唐生菜、8粒好大嘅鯪魚球、冬菇、豆腐,鯪魚球有好多馬蹄,食落爽口軟滑,而個湯非常清甜,湯底仲有薑同陳皮,可以中和番生菜嘅寒性🌟脆皮炸乳鴿 $48乳鴿外皮炸得幾脆,肉質好嫩身,食落仲有椰子油香🌟大良薑汁雙皮奶(熱) $24最尾試埋佢呢款甜品,薑汁味夠濃,甜度啱啱好,食完飽哂每款食物我同朋友都好滿意,後尾仲發現餐廳師傅原來經驗好豐富,喺日本東京富麗華做咗好多年,專為高管達人同明星服務,番到香港之後喺唔少米芝蓮酒店同埋大型連鎖酒樓集團做過主管,咁唔怪得之啲野整得咁好食下次會同埋屋企人一齊再黎呢間食過…Read More
