朋友又發掘到新店,講咗幾次八十一公館,在OpenRice 搜尋不到⋯⋯殊不知原來叫做 “捌壹公館” ,要用中文文法寫法才找到⋯⋯詢問店員,為何叫”捌壹公館”, 地址就在吳松街81號地下,其實就是這樣簡單。由於樓上舊樓有工程要做,棚架蓋著,所以都要很些時間才找到這食店。店内裝修簡約,餐廳酒吧格局,詢問之下,餐廳作中午午餐、晚餐外,9:30pm 之後便作酒吧形式還有下酒小吃,配合各種格調。店舖細細,但感覺很舒服。番茄濃湯~Set Lunch 包餐湯、麵包,雖然size 細細,但餐湯番茄味濃厚,方型麵包更有點點的香草味道,相當精緻。維也納豬扒南瓜意大利飯~維也納豬扒其著重是那醬汁醃製,㕑子炸得鬆軟,粉漿夠薄,外層酥香内嫩,肉質帶點紅椒甜香,但又吃出點點酸,有啲似泰國feel ,筆者對其味好奇詢問下,原來那是香茅的功力,單單一塊豬扒,看出㕑子的心思。一讚。第一眼看見那食用花已被吸引。麻香海鮮扁意粉~一上枱,原來是筆者最喜歡的青醬,有蝦、蜆肉、青口肉外,青醬質感豐富真材實料,松籽仁的香氣夾雜點點麻香,惹味非常。明太子溫泉蛋蝴蝶粉~朋友很喜歡明太子的咸香味,蝴蝶粉那煙煙韌韌的質感和溫泉蛋相影成趣。生活真係唔簡單~桂花酒、Espresso 的混合版,面頭還有點點的桂花,成件事真係好正⋯⋯午餐另加$28這杯特飲,相當超值。成個渡假feel 翻返嚟~Amerciano 、椰子水、椰奶的組合⋯⋯正所謂水清沙幼,椰林樹影,真係成個渡假feel 翻返嚟!蝴豆花檸檬梳打~檸檬梳打和碟豆花分開上,店員細心介紹由於檸檬梳打的酸度和碟豆花因而產生的化學作用⋯⋯端上枱自己調配,因紫色變成粉紅色,多有趣!女士們相信會喜歡,但筆者覺得扁酸,加點點甜會更開心。整體來說:無論食物和飲品都嘗到㕑子的一份熱誠及心意,值得支持及推介的小店。加油…Read More
